Helpful person (Brad) who went out of his way…
Helpful person (Brad) who went out of his way to meet our requirements. We didn't book our initial choice as it came out far too expensive once all the extras were added. We found an alternative s couple of days later - asked for Brad and once again he did his best to meet our requirements. Patience, politeness and good service will always win through - other travel companies should take note. I just hope ongoing help and service is as good.
