I have been a customer of IMCreator for six years, but recent experiences have highlighted significant issues with the company. I attempted to upgrade to the new Cosmos model, but the customer service has been disappointingly slow. Despite promises of replies within a few hours, I have received responses from the chat support only after 7-10 days. Moreover, after unsubscribing from their plan via their official website, I received no confirmation and continued to be charged for another year through BlueSnap, despite my cancellation. I have reached out multiple times through the official contact form, directly to their provided contact email to Marc Branton from IMCreator, and to BlueSnap's customer service, all without any reply. This absence of customer service response, especially when it involves billing issues, is a major red flag. Only after writing this negative review, my money was reimbursed. I am glad I got my money back, but is the service good after the experience I had - no.

I was happy to get to know how to use this site and enjoyed creating each page but making any changes recently DO NOT SAVE. I have edited a page over and over again with the same information then press publish and update live site but when I go into the site it is NOT updated at all. It is extremely frustrating and unless this is corrected by IM Creator, I would not recommend this web builder to anyone.

So clunky, archaic and incredibly user unfriendly.

It feels like an old steam engine compared to modern technology.

The colour palette restricted you to a very limited preset colours
Instead of the full range.

Impossible to include any precision whatsoever.

There have to be better alternatives to this.

Not a good experience so far... the customer support is basically non existant. Been trying to get in contact with them, still no response. The website builder is easy to use and has ok themes but its slower than a snail, sometimes the changes dont save correctly so i have to do the work allover again. The positive so far is that the payment plan is cheap. Anyway been trying to publish my webiste but payment process keeps getting declined

I absolutely love imcreator, they are very generous and kind and the best website builder. Its simple, yet advanced, and you have so many options while not being overwhelmed by too much customisation. Only bad thing is that sometimes the web builder doesn´t save what you have been doing (like text or image updates) so sometimes you have to reload the page... otherwise great!!

I cancelled my account with them over 3 years ago (and have the receipt) and now they are sending me a notice that i need to pay for 2 years to keep my website that has been nonexistent all this time. True, the letter says they will cancel my account if I dont pay within 7 days...but this sure feels like a scam to me.

They advertise that you can create an unlimited number of sites and user accounts for $350 a year. They let you create as many sites and users as you like, and then suddenly announce that it's all over - you now have to pay a minimum of several hundred dollars a month to continue using their solution. And if you want your work back, you'll have to pay tens of thousands of dollars!

I don't think there anything better than IM Creator. I've been using it since I don't know when but I love it.

the costumer service not efficient, 4 days i tried to set up a payment and was not successful until then a costumer sent me a direct payment and after i payed my plans were not active.. crazy staff really!

my website is locked, i am trying to reach the Imcreator Team to unlock my website to transfer to another host, and it doesnt let me to do it, i need to pay again in order to unlock my website, honestly is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Honestly, our junior programmer, who is still in school, made a new system from scratch that performs better, looks better, and is easier to use than this crap: Our own system responds in milliseconds and take only seconds to publish a website. This system can take 30 seconds between page changes and may take upwards of 5-10 minutes to publish depending on the size of the website.
As someone who represents literally thousands of users on this platform I can say with 100% certainty that: The website builder is bad. We have a list of literally 100s of bugs and 100s of enhancement requests. After 5 years none of them have been fixed. This website builder has bad UI and UX; it's illogical to use, it is very slow, extremely buggy and even the simplest actions require many button presses. Their support is irresponsive, take weeks to respond, and when they finally come around to responding, it requires at least half a dozen interactions back and forth, because they cannot even bother to read what the issue is about. We are currently in the proces of migrating our users away to our own platform.

Simple and easy to navigate.

Don’t fall into the same trap I did. Free for artists! NOT! You have to upgrade in order to hook your site to a domain. While building and maintaining the site was somewhat easy, it has it’s bugs. But the biggest turn off? Rotten customer service. I have received bills for charges I didn’t think should have been made. The reply email they provided does not work and the phone number they provided is a non-working number. After finally finding an email that worked to contact customer support, they have taken many, many days to respond and when they do respond, they don’t answer my questions. They have billed me excessively for the same fees, over and over again. I finally had to cancel my credit card to keep them from charging me. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Do NOT EVER use this company’s services.

This website is by far the most fishy and unresponsive. There is no contact support, you have to chat with them and they get back to you in a couple hours. There is no easy access if you wanted to change your subscription and the ID number sent was fake. They charged $96 out of my account when I specifically spoke with someone to be clear that would not happen again. I never write reviews, ever. However, I hope this one saves someone money.

Great website builder platform. it's pretty easy to make your site look good and tech support is very fast and helpful. What a great bonus that artists, non-profits, and students can build their site and host for free. I highly recommend!
