Have not received yet. Paid extra for 2 to 3 day shipping. It has been 9 days since order and still no vacuum??

I recently purchased the imoosoo shaver and it works great. Shaves really well with no issues encountered. The self cleaning feature works great as well! Great product.

Very quiet, Sucks really good and for a long time! She gets all the way up to the edge and I love the headlights on the front too.

This was the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I buy most if not all of my products, cloths and groceries online. I have never seen the lack of communication, and care anywhere. I ordered a vacuum, when I did not receive it in a week I called and was on hold for 30 to 45 minutes to be hanged up on 3 to 5 times after waiting the same amount of time. I even got pictures of phone calls to prove it. So I gave up calling and emailed them. For them to send a general email to a few other people letting us know that we won't receive the vacuum because is backed ordered and that we will receive a refund within 48 hours. I immediately emailed them and ask how long it would take for me to receive the vacuum. Ann the agent said in 2 to 3 weeks and I agreed to wait. After waiting 4 more weeks I called, to be on hold again for 30 to 45 minutes to be hanged up again 3 to 5 times. So again I emailed and got a respond the next day for them to tell me that they will refund my money in 48 hours. Meanwhile their website says that they have the vacuum I ordered available. I am still waiting for an explanation, a call and my refund. Completely unacceptable.

Update: After they told me that I wpuld get a refund in 48 hours o am still waiting. It's been 2 weeks since they told me I would get my refund!

The vacuum quit working after 3 weeks. The battery died. I’ve never bought any product that failed so fast. The customer service sent me a new battery. Vacuum is still not working.

I spoke with them yesterday. They said the vacuum motors are failing and they do not have any replacement vacuums. They said they would have a manager call back within two hours to confirm the final solution, which is most likely a refund. No one returned my call. I called 5 hours later and they were closed before 6pm EST. I left them a message. They do not provide information on what hours customer service is open so you just have to keep trying them.

I received a text a day later telling me to contact Amazon to get a refund. Amazon had nothing to do with my purchase. I tried to call customer service again and after an hour of being on hold I gave up. I texted back.

A week later I received an email offering 80% refund. Why 80%? No logic. They sent me a defective product and I can’t get a full refund? Horrible company.

I’m having my credit card company go after them for a refund now. Don’t buy their products. I would give this zero stars if I could. Hopefully this company goes out of business.

The battery I received does not charge so your product is useless to me.

Vacuum was just what I needed. Like other reviews, I find that it works great on hardwood and is still effective on carpet but not 100%. Perfect for grabbing to clean up a mess quickly. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable, effective, cordless vacuum.

Product works as well or better than advertised

No free shipping. After having my order shipped to the wrong address I tried twice to get a mailing label to redirect it. After 2 trying twice I gave up. Today I paid UPS 25.63 to get my order to the correct address. Customer service was very nice but did nothing.

The vacuum is better than I expected - excellent suction power, ease of use, lightweight, and easy to clean and maintain. love it

Nice little vacuum. I purchased this specifically for under the bed use only. Very difficult to move beds around as you get older. I did both of the bedrooms and seemed to work nicely. Now I can do this job monthly instead of "whenever". Just hope it last a long time.

The charger I purchased says it shipped 7 days ago but there is no shipping update available or signs that it is on its way.

I purchased cordless vacuum K-17. I love the product. It is light and powerful enough for my hardwood floor. The product showed up without any shipment notification.

I am obsessed with this stick vacuum I have to say I was a little skeptical this is my first vacuum of this brand. But the suction is great. And my carpets and hardwoods do not have anything left once gone over. 100% happy
