This company scammed me by taking money from my my account without my permission. Luckily the fraud dept of barclays alerted me. BEWARE!!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a platform like this. The customer service is non-existent—slow replies, copy-paste answers, and no real help when it matters. Many of the “brands” listed are either coupon farms or questionable third-world companies that feel like scams.

To top it off, payments are delayed with no clear timeline. I still have funds sitting in the account that I can’t withdraw, and no one can give a straight answer. This platform is a complete waste of time and trust. I’d strongly advise any serious brand or partner to stay far away.

You can't search affiliates by email. Imagine, if they don't have even this obvious feature, how bad the rest of the interface is.

We've been using Impact for 1 year. Here is our experience:
- Customer success managers, positive experience. Good people who are unluckily working in an unethical company.
- The onboarding process slow due to manual and repetitive tasks, low-quality editors for the landing pages, websites, emails, and so on to create the referral program;

Until here, even if the onboarding was slow, we took the bet. There are only yearly subscriptions, so we were already "in the game" for a year.

Payments: We had many issues, from missing payments to our referrals to an inappropriate method of charging the platform balance (they charge fees to pay by card). In 2025...)
- Offboarding: when asking to close the account, they didn't even give us the time to download the referral list or email every partner to tell them we would stop offering that service. They shut down our account and deleted ALL our data, leaving an empty platform. Unbelievable.

It's incredible that in 2025, services like that exist worldwide, completely ignoring customer experience.

And ignoring reviews for what I can see here in Trustpilot.

Awful customer support and terrible functionality. If you ever try to speak to customer support it's easy to get stuck in an endless loop of redirections and obfuscations.

Partnerize and Tradedoubler are way better - I'd recommend anyone reading this to sign up to either of them instead of Impact.

⭐ 1/5 – Unresponsive and Unprofessional

I’ve been a user of Impact.com for some time, and while their platform offers many features, their support and compliance processes have been a nightmare.

I raised a payment-related ticket almost 2 months ago, and despite providing all necessary evidence and documentation, my funds remain locked. To make matters worse, multiple unexplained deductions have been made from my account without any communication.

I’ve reached out numerous times via tickets and emails, but the compliance team and support have been completely unresponsive. Even after escalating and posting on their social media, all I got were empty promises with no resolution.

Impact claims to be “the best in business,” but their lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism tells a different story. For a company that handles payments and partnerships, this is unacceptable.

If you value timely support and professional service, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Incompetent onboarding staff.

Technical support that rarely if ever responds. When they do its SUPER late.

High level corporate employee's are dishonest and unreliable.

They are here to take your $1,000 a month until you realize it is a total scam and leave.

The only thing good about them is the sales pitch (which is fantastic and 100% dishonest) and everything else is a total and complete scam.

8 months spent, thousands of dollars paid to them, and not a SINGLE install. All the behavior appeared to bots with a lot of clicks but ZERO app installs.

They gave us nothing but excuses, delay tactics, and total dishonesty.

Save yourself the time and headache and just throw a few thousand bucks on the ground and light it on fire, you will thank me later.

Impact brags about the hundreds of thousands of partners that are in its partner marketplace. What they don’t tell you is that most of those partners are complete garbage Third World country coupon sites that will drive absolutely no traffic to your business. What they also do not tell you is that any of the partners that are actually worthwhile will not work with small businesses and will not respond to you at all unless you have an agency that you contract to connect with them. Those agencies are an additional third-party company that have even higher fees than impact does.

In addition to the complete waste of money, it will be a complete drain on your time. Setting up your business with impact is not easy, and it takes a lot of effort and time to put together the ads and contracts for affiliate partners. It is extremely frustrating when All of that goes to waste.

To make it worse, as others have already stated, their customer service is basically nonexistent. They contract out to people in other countries who do not thoroughly read what you are asking them and just run you around in circles.

Although the fees for impact are not that high, for a small business it still adds up to quite a bit, especially when you factor in the lost time and energy.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that I received absolutely zero ROI. Not a single sale came in as a result of working with impact after spending thousands of dollars and countless hours.

I reached out to them several times very politely to see if given the lack of performance they would consider ending my contract early so I did not have to waste any more money. Not only did they refuse, but again they wasted a tremendous amount of time running me through countless customer service reps who kept saying they were going to forward my request to somebody else but it always ended up back with some very low level employee that could not even Address my concerns.

Do not waste your time and money especially if you are a small business.
This has been one of my worst experiences with a marketing company to date.

Impact doesn't pay to affiliate partners (using stupid non-existent reasons).
Impact can stop working with you for any reason or WITHOUT a reason (this is literally written in their Terms and Conditions).
Impact doesn't have any support. They sent you letters with standart texts.
Impact doesn't interfere when you have issues with Brands, they don't care.
And now they are hitting rock bottom - they are banning Ukrainian accounts... referring to "international sanctions"... There are no international sanctions for Ukrainian banks. Impact just simply has robbed Ukranian freelancers.
Worst company ever

Waste of time and money and ambitions

Absolutely horrible (read: non existent) customer support. I wanted to change my company name etc and they said I had to wait 5-7 business days. It's been 4 weeks and still under review. I asked to close my account later on. Haven't heard back. You get this standard AI bot with meaningless responses. Do not join Impact.

I have also been affected by the actions of Impact.com.

We are gathering a list of victims to file complaints with U.S. government organizations to seek justice.

It is also important to investigate whether they are working with the Russian market and to find out why payments to Ukraine are being blocked, as there are no sanctions against Ukraine.

The list will be submitted to:
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Better Business Bureau (BBB)
- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
- Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- State Attorney General’s Office
- U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ)

I live in Europe, have a European bank account, and pay taxes in Europe. Despite this, my impact.com account was banned solely because I was born in Ukraine! Can you imagine being punished for being born in a country that was attacked by another? It's already challenging, and now I'm facing additional discrimination from an American company based on nationality. Shame on you, impact! Give me back my money!

Impact simply STOLE money from my account and sent it back to the advertisers.

1) OF COURSE, advertisers aren’t responding, and OF COURSE, they will not send any money.
2) The governments of the USA and the UK send money without problems, all other affiliate platforms send money to Ukraine, and PayPal also works in Ukraine, but Impact.com can’t!
3) I think all Ukrainians must unite to solve this problem and fight for their rights.

I worked with Impact for 4 years, now, without any notification they stole all money from the balance and the guy with russian name said it's because I am from Ukraine and due to conflict in my country we have sanctions. Whaaaaat? When impact became russian website that banned Ukrainian freelancers?

Stay away !!! Even if a brand forces you to have a relationship through them dont !
This company has the worst customer service and their support will make you go through hell ! They give all power to brands and none to creators! You are not protected and they can take all your hard won earnings, all wiped out

They just notified that through a conflict in my country, they are zeroing out my balance that I have earned over the year....

Registered in Impact.com because of the Stubhub.ie offer. Changed links, sent traffic. Waited for the first sales, and then the payment date. And then the fun began.

The money has not been sent to my account. I waited a week just in case. Nothing.

On November 2, I wrote a ticket asking why there were no payments. A few days later I received a reply saying that my ticket was being transferred to another department.

Having received no response, on November 12 I wrote a ticket myself. No answer.

On November 14, a sign appears:
"As a result of the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, international governmental sanctions, restrictions imposed by financial institutions and/or other payment method constraints, we are no longer able to process payments to your account. For more information contact support."

My thoughts.
1) I am a citizen of Ukraine, my bank account is American. There are no sanctions regarding citizens of Ukraine and American banks. The wording was chosen to be as streamlined as possible in order to be able to never pay.

2) Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot, there were complaints for the same reason back in May. So Impact knew perfectly well that they wouldn’t pay me the money. They could have told me about problems even during registration, they could have told me after the first sale, but no, they delayed the time as much as possible in order to block more of my earned money.

This is simply a deliberate and planned theft.

3) The quality of the support service is also amazing - since the second of November the ticket has essentially not been answered. No reaction.

I strongly do not recommend working with Impact.com. And it doesn’t matter whether you are from Ukraine or not. If their business ethics and level of empathy allows them not to pay me, who would literally buy food in a warring country with this money, they will find a reason not to pay you.

They did not pay me yet. I have commision from Fossibot. First commision wasn't paid 20.10.2024
I texting with support now, maybe it is a mistake. I will write the results here if they pay. They do not react for now. I will let you know if something gona chenged
