What makes this Healthcare even more meaningful is what happened while we were on vacation in Punta Cana. My husband dislocated his little finger, and we had to visit a local hospital. Since we were out of the country, we paid the bill upfront, which came to $1,274.20.
Once we returned home, we submitted the bill to IMPACT Health Sharing. Since our PRA was already paid in full, they reimbursed us. About a month later, I received a check for $1,011.89, after my $150 copay and my 10% member responsibility.
