PLEASE AVOID! This is a scam.
I made the mistake of purchasing an air conditioning unit through this fraudulent merchant.

They provide false dispatch and delivery updates as well as 'tracking details' linked to a fake delivery site. They have deactivated their phone number, stopped responding to their emails and have taken their website offline. They are partnered with a popular buy now, pay later compaany which gives the illusion of legitimacy but do not be misled.

I was desperate for an AC unit during the recent UK heatwaves and failed to do my due diligence; learn from my mistake and avoid Impendam/ECI Store. Thankfully, my bank has refunded me my money but the stress of this ordeal has finished me off.

I believe this is a scammer. I have opened a case with my bank for a refund. Received two emails. One to confirm order, one with tracking details that have never updated. Their website is now offline.

I think it is a scam. We ordered a portable AC unit at the beginning of July. We received via email the order confirmation and since then, nothing. The delivery date passed, the page with the tracking order shows the same thing for 3 weeks now and currently we are trying to get back the money. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Total SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE I ordered an air con unit at the beginning of July told there was a delay which I would have expected supposed to have been delivered no delivery and no update, furthermore no correspondence or communication. The number on the site is not connected it’s fake and they use a fake address for an official company who have no affiliation with them. I found this out all following being duped. I have now submitted a charge back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! complete scam company. Ordered an air con unit but didn't receive a confirmation email so tried to call (number doesn't even connect) and then emailed. I received a generic response about delayed shipping and no reference to my name or order details. I spoke with my bank and thankfully as I paid via credit card I was advised of the claim process although I had to wait 15 days before this could start. I then received 5 days after order a dispatch email (with my delivery address) and a link to a fake couriers website. At this point I was furious and emailed them about the bank escalation and to cancel the order and conduct a full refund and also highlighted how obvious their scam courier link was. 5 days after this I did receive a full refund from the company back to my card but that was the only silver lining of this whole ordeal!

This is a fraudulent website! Do not order anything from them. There is an ongoing police case against this merchant and the number listed is fake and the address is a legitimate business address that is not theirs

This is a fraudulent site , I don't know if there used to be a scooter company with this name (the reviews must be either old or fake) but the website address given is a scam with stolen company's identity
