The writing and communication went really well until it came to finishing the book. We only wanted copies made for family, Not to be published! They said we could only get copies if we ordered 50 books for $1000.00. So we paid. The books never came. When we went to the website it had been taken down taking our book with it. When we called numbers we had been using, the message was “ this line is no longer in service! “. We were Ghosted!!!

These people took $7000 for me and are now holding my book for ransom until I pay $500 for something. I already paid for the barcode. They said they can’t print the book without the bar code I already paid for once
Stay away from these crooks

They stole 20,000 from me then killed thier phone numbers. All of them. Do not use this company.

I signed up with Imperial about a year ago, and paid 3000 dollars. I was recovering from breast cancer, and another health issue. Life happens. I've asked and asked for a refund and only got part of my money. I feel like there is absolutely no regard, as I was a customer. I was told within a week I would get my refund or they were going to expedite it. It never happened. They have said, my money is stuck with the merchant for months now! I didn't want to lose my money, for my book, I gave them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately I was at the hospital in the emergency department. They got my money quick for my book, was it stuck? I have asked them to refund me again and it's stuck at the merchant suddenly. I have been lied to, and so much more. Basically, they gave me a ultimatum do book for with money that was stuck at merchant. My gut was telling not move forward with them. My opinion it's a deceptive company, because they have a refund policy, which they do not abide by. My opinion is it's power and control situation that I find abusive. Please use own discretion, this is only my experience. My money has been stolen cause it's stuck in thier hands, and not the with vendor. They are attempting to contact me to move forward, I was quite clear, I do not want to. Are you kidding me! They won't even refund me, for health problems! Accounbility has so much power, there is no regard at all. I have never ever have gone through such nonsense as I have. Basically if I don't move forward, there is no refund for me!!! My choice, my voice period. I have high standards, and will continue to do so. I have told refund is processing, and it's all blaent lies!!! I am on food stamps, and the President is doing nothing for food security for all people in need. I need to put food on my table, we are not getting food stamps. There is no regard from Imperial, they do not care!!! How sad. Please use your own discretion, this has been my experience only. A total of 5 employees have now lied to me!!!

spoke with jay stuart. this company is a scam. they stole my money after they continued to harrass me for 15 years. i kept telling them i didnt want to write a book and finally caved after they offered my so much. then they never gave me anything and refuse to call me back

I never once contacted this organization. They have repeatedly called me saying my name is in their system. Then they get snippy with me when I say I haven't once considered writing a book. Do not use this organization for anything because they are a scam.
