We decided to book the Mercedes S-Class for my brother's wedding. Nuri was polite and helpful from the start. He explained the different cars available and the rate. He called to make sure the event went well and their service met our standard.

I had an exceptional experience with Imperial Ride. From the moment I booked their service, Ahmed was incredibly efficient and reassuring. When it came to the actual chauffeur service, Mohamed was impeccable. He arrived promptly, helped me with all my luggage, and even assisted me at the airport up to the check-in counter. The level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by both Ahmed and Mohamed truly exceeded my expectations. Imperial Ride is undoubtedly up to the highest standards of private chauffeur services.

I never had to wonder if my booking was going to happen. Communication with the company was excellent. My driver was on time, friendly and pleasant to spend the drive with.

We had to change the pick up due to a late arrival and the team were great in accommodating. They were their on time and swiftly wisked us of sadly to our destination.

We have used Imperial Ride on numerous occasions now and cannot fault their service. Booking is straightforward and rates are reasonable. Communication from point of booking to pick up is excellent and stress free. You are always given your driver's name, contact number and confirmation of job details on the day. Every driver we have had has been very professional, courteous, smart, friendly and always checking that you are comfortable in the car. Always feel confident in the driver's abilities and ultimately feel safe. Cars are always clean and comfortable. They are extremely reliable, always on time (usually a bit early if anything). We have never had an issue with reliability and this is why I will always book with them. Highly recommend Imperial Ride.

we chose your company because you don't build in the mandatory 'tip' or 'gratuity' for the driver. I did tip the driver and he was so appreciative.

They charged me an extra 70 pound for waiting when I gave them plenty of notice that my train was cancelled luckily we arrived an hour late otherwise they would of charged me more or I would of lost the lot won't be using them again
