We are a non-profit organization that recently changed IT providers and could not find our NPG software serial numbers anywhere. In addition to tracking down our account number, Chandan Verma went above and beyond to help us locate our serial numbers and also detail how many activations we have available, and SO much more!!! Chandan made my day and my whole HR team will be over the moon!! We have been sharing the one computer that still has the software on it (not a newer computer), and it is not always the most convenient for our employees and volunteers when they need updates to their nametags. Chandan provided AMAZING customer service and simultaneously made our whole operation smoother and more stress free. THANK YOU CHANDAN!
