I was having an extremely stressful few hours trying to get Cloudflare's email forwarding service to work after moving my domain across to them from Squarespace.

Despite being supposedly correctly configured, every single email bounced to my Gmail account with a "User Not Found" error.

Then I accidentally came across ImprovMX when trying to sort my issue. All I can say is IT JUST WORKS. It took me seconds to configure. Best of all, IT'S FREE!

I am also getting a lot less spam.

What I really liked about it is the ability to forward to multiple email address if they landed in a custom address at my domain. Even Google couldn't manage that when they looked after my domain!

I also really like the transparency of the company too.

This is a keeper. I cannot thank you enough for the service you provide.

Good setup instructions. Forwarding to my second domain email is working great.

It's an excellent service, highly stable, and most importantly, very easy to use.

It's simple, effective and cost efficient. I created several emails with different domains I use and connected them to my gmail for both receiving emails and sending them using SMTP. It requires a little bit of configuration but it works super smoothly!

just set the MX records of your domain to their servers and everything works. Great.

If the participant is rational they would extract value as mass scale. I have to assume the participants are rational. I have to lift the tedious burden of self hosting a catch all and forward server. do not trust. do verify. giving 5 stars because the suspicion is exclusively non empirical so everything else wouldnt be fair.

I am lucky to be grandfathered into a paid plan that is sized 'just right' for me, and I appreciate that the team behind the platform is classy enough to keep grand-fathered plans rather than force people up into a tier that would be significantly bigger (and much more expensive) and would force me to leave.

I wish more platforms treated their early customers the way they are

There are many free mail forwards in the market, but this one is perhaps the only free service that supports forwarding to multiple addresses (up to five emails!).

ImprovMX was very easy to use compared to other email forwarding options and it didn't try to block me with paywalls or subscriptions. Really recommend to anyone who needs email forwarding for their buisness
