When we first started with Inception Websites they had great customer service. Since they have been bought out by another company their customer service is severely lacking.

Crooks. They charge you HUNDREDS of dollars a month to host simple websites. They will try to sue you even if you build a new site from scratch that even slightly resembles their site, they literally charged a friend of mine $12,000 over 5 years, and all they did was a simple WordPress website, and hosting, and some basic SEO. They send passive aggressive emails claiming that you rank higher with them than anyone else, they don't give you access to your own site, and they WILL THREATEN LITIGATION if you build a similar website FROM SCRATCH, and believe me when I tell you, imagine paying $10,000+ over 5 years only to have them tell you that they will sue you if you have your own website? I'm sure they will attempt to claim this is slander, or libel, but any reasonable attorney will fruitlessly attempt to get reviews removed, and this is an honest review from someone who watched first hand the damage this company can cause. Imagine the stress caused by getting a letter from someone saying they are going to sue you for using their wording, or pictures, before you even get a chance to rewrite the text or change the pictures in any meaningful way.

SEO is important, and I specialize in SEO, and reputation management, and I know firsthand that companies like Inception Online Marketing will do more harm than good if hired by any reasonable company.

Do yourself a favor, hire someone reputable from Fiverr to do your site for $250, and buy your own domain for $15, and your own hosting for $10 a month, and never deal with a company that tries to "protect their copyrights' when in fact they are just fearmongering clients into not leaving them.

Absolute nightmare.

Sleazy, deceptive marketing tactics pretending to be my own mail server. The email headers show Inception and a chiropractic center as the sender. Email quoted below:

"We have received a termination request at (my email address) on 10/17/2023 at xx:xx:xx AM. and will begin the process shortly.

If this request was not initiated by you, you are encouraged to cancel this request."

If this is their idea of SEO optimization they can rot.

I have been with Inception for nearly 3 years and WOW these years have been consistently incrdeible! The SEO for my site has me coming up on the first page of Chiropractic and my city. Truly WOW!
