I have to say, Incrementum Digital is an amazing ad agency! They really went the extra mile when it came to setting up our new ad campaigns. It's like they had a magnifying glass on our account history to make sure everything was spot on.

Our account manager, Umit, was an absolute gem. He made it a point to meet with us regularly and kept us in the loop about how our ads were performing. What I really appreciated was how he constantly brought fresh ideas to the table for our account. It was a game-changer, to be honest.

We also had this nifty communication channel on Slack, and whenever we had a question or needed something urgent for our ads, Umit was lightning-fast with his responses. It's like he had a sixth sense for our needs!

Oh, and let's not forget how he kept a keen eye on our Amazon deals. He did an outstanding job in making sure our products ranked well during those deals. That's the kind of dedication that truly sets Incrementum Digital apart.

All in all, Incrementum Digital knocked it out of the park for us, and we couldn't be happier. Big thanks to the whole team!

Faiz was always very professional and hard working. Communication was also great. Before I talk about my experience, I wanted to share that I have never planned to write a negative review about this company. I was really unhappy with their service, and instead of writing a bad review on this site, I reached out to the founder letting him know about my experience. I detailed the reasons that made me terminate our contract and I was expecting a reply from him, but guess what? Nothing.

As someone stated in a review, this company invests a lot in marketing. The founder is a well-known guy in the Amazon space. You see him everywhere in all events.

I decided to hire them to do the following:
- Scale my current products
- Launch new ones

They failed at both. Their goal is to spend as much as possible. They don't care about bid optimization. The more they spend, the more money they make. They don't care if their bids keep your business profitable or not.

There is no proper keyword research. Here are some of the shocking facts:
- Product launch: a campaign is not spending for 3-5 days? No problem. No one will adjust the bids or see what is the problem. Any Amazon seller knows how important it is to launch properly.
- Keyword research: No proper keyword research, especially at the "negative" level. I've seen some campaigns where they put their company name(Incrementum) as a negative keyword!!!!!!!!!!
- They promised they would try all kind of PPC campaign but Sponsored brands was never even tried.
- Aggressive bidding: Why would you bid $5-7 when you can appear on the first spots for $2-3? Most of the campaigns were draining quickly resulting in high ACOS and poor Return on Ad Spend.
- They were bidding aggressively on keywords where we were ranked in the top 3(plus Amazon choice on some of them). It resulted in most of our sales being generated through PPC where we could do it for free. Our profit declined by around 60-70% on most of the products.
- They plug you into Perpetua software and leave like this. Don't expect them to do keyword research for you or whatever.

There were some good things about them:
- Weekly reporting
- Weekly calls
But... Useless!

Finally, I wanted to say that I am not blaming the people managing the accounts. But I believe they are overwhelmed. The guy managing my account was honestly a good person. But I believe he didn't have time to do his work properly.

In my opinion, the best way to think of Incrementum Digital is basically, a company that knows how to market itself and its founder, that sells less than OK PPC services that is run by people that are nice yet inexperienced and overworked.

They really put themselves out there. The founder is always pumping very useful info and news all over social media. Getting on all the hottest podcasts. But the PPC (and Perpetua, the software they use) is pretty bad. I was sad to find out that there is no real carryover between their stellar marketing and the services they provide.
To make things worse, they refuse to help whatsoever on things that are very relevant & easy yet tremendously helpful, like advising KW to include in your listing. "Not my job."

The staff seem overloaded. You have to beg and beg and beg them to do anything. And by the time they answer, they have already forgotten key tenets about your brand that you had already explained five times. It seems that their goal is to plug you in to the awful software and to let it ride. After we parted ways, I audited their work. Really bad. Like REALLY bad. Tons of spend on completely irrelevant and non-converting KW. Like, were they even monitoring this? What was I paying for exactly? They also seemed to overly target easy softball KW, and not expensive harder to rank, but more rewarding KW so they can show a good ACOS each month. Speaking of which, their reports are very nicely made- gotta give them that.

However you spin it, you shouldn't consider your PPC rep to be a part of your team. My advice, would be for less than their price you can hire a full time VA to spend 40+ hours a week on your PPC. I wouldn't feel so compelled to write this review, except I constantly see the founder pushing Incrementum in the Amazon FBA social media world. A constant reminder that expectations were far far far from reality for me.
