Not a good experience - Indian Laces and Fabric (Harshita Crafts Pvt. Ltd.)
I purchased some lavender dupion silk. It has a significant number of patches of undyed silk and is completely unusable. I am mystified as to why they sent the silk as the large patches are very noticeable. When I contacted the seller, I was told to send photos, which I did. They promised to rectify this. They then ghosted me.
When I sent the photos, I had to write again and ask them to communicate with me and let me know whether they were received. They finally indicated they did receive the photos. Rather than fixing the issue, from then on, the seller stopped communicating completely.
The silk was expensive. When compared to silk I have bought from other sellers, I found it wasn't particularly great quality. I really regret buying anything from Indian Laces and Fabric - it was an expensive lesson.
I did not get any information on why I was ignored or why they provided such poor quality merchandise. The photos show the patches. The shop needs to communicate with customers and not just sit on complaints hoping they will go away. I am reviewing this seller because it would be better for customers to either go to another supplier or through a third party website like Etsy, so at least they could get their money back.
