I've had $150 in earnings sitting in my dashboard for almost over a year. Every follow-up gets the same reply: "there's an issue." No resolution, no timeline, nothing. They distribute your music fine and collect the streams — but when it's time to pay, they go silent. Hundreds of artists on Trustpilot have the exact same experience. This is not a delay, this is a pattern. Avoid Indiefy completely. Use DistroKid or RouteNote instead.

Desde el 01 de marzo de 2026 solicité el retiro de mis regalías pero para ello tuve que pagar una suscripción "PRO" (de PRO no tiene nada), misma que al tener dicha suscripción tenía preferencia para retiros de regalías e incluso atención al cliente prioritario y desde ese día al día de hoy que es 01 de abril. NI ATENCIÓN, NI DINERO.

En su portal tienen un chat "BOT" (por cierto) que NO sirve para nada, en el dashboard no tienes información clara, ni entregan comprobantes de los movimientos que uno realiza. Después de solicitar el retiro de mis regalías el sistema me asignó una fecha de pago para ese mismo mes (marzo) porque un día en concreto no te lo dan y tienes que vivir adivinando cuando caerá tu deposito.

Si los intentas contactar a su correo electrónico ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE TE RESPONDE.

EXIJO UNA PRONTA SOLUCIÓN AL PAGO DE MIS REGALÍAS INMEDIATAMENTE.

In 2021, I released all my songs with Indiefy Music.

I can't say I haven't received any payments.

They do pay.

In 2024, I contacted Gilberto Avalos, the owner of the company. I had accumulated approximately $17,000.

They said they paid this money.

They made a $10,000 payment in 2024-2025.
Since May 2025, my payments haven't been made, and I have $7,000 owed to me.

They don't respond at all, they don't check emails.

They respond on social media platforms.

Please, I need a response from you.

Indiefy is a complete scam and a fake music distribution platform. They keep artists waiting for months and even years, but don’t release payments. They show earnings in the dashboard, but when it’s time to pay, nothing happens.

My payout has been stuck since **15 December 2025** — Amount **$100.00** — Status: **Pending**.
Balance shows **$112.19**, but **Paid Earnings: $0.00**. This clearly shows they hold your money and delay endlessly.

They promise “Next Payment: March 2026”, but there is still no payment. This looks like a tactic to keep users waiting while they continue to collect revenue from artists’ music.

Indiefy keeps you busy for years, gives false hope, and never pays in dollars. Many artists are facing the same issue. This is not a reliable distribution service.

⚠️ Warning to all artists:
Do NOT upload your music to Indiefy.
Do NOT trust their payment system.
Your earnings may get stuck for months or permanently.

I will leave this site after this month. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this fake scam music distribution website.

I'd rate -100 stars if i could, they deleted my profile but kept my music in stores & took all my royalties. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE YOUR MUSIC WITH THEM!!!

They never reply to our emails or support requests. We have been asking to withdraw our royalties since September, and we received no updates. However, when we emailed them a few weeks later saying that we could not pay for their subscription, they answered in less than 24 hours.

We are still waiting for a response regarding the royalty withdrawal requested in September, and we still have not been paid. We are changing our distributor immediately.

By the way, Indiefy is using the aggregator Fuga, and Fuga will remove them from their client list in the coming days.

no inicio de 2025, solicitei o pagamento dos meus royalties através da Indiefy. Recebi uma resposta da empresa em [26/08], confirmando que estavam cientes do pagamento pendente e pedindo paciência devido ao elevado volume de solicitações.

No entanto, até hoje 25/10/2025, o pagamento ainda não foi efetuado, e não recebi nenhuma atualização concreta sobre a data de pagamento.

Tenho todos os emails e comprovativos da minha conta de artista com a Indiefy, mostrando que cumpri todas as obrigações necessárias para receber os royalties devidos.

Solicito que a empresa resolva esta situação com urgência, ou que forneça uma explicação clara sobre o motivo do atraso.

Estou a partilhar esta experiência de forma profissional, com o objetivo de que a Indiefy honre os pagamentos pendentes e melhore a comunicação com os seus artistas.

Son unos ladrones y estafadores, me deben mucho dinero que jamas llegará, no me dejan cancelar la subscripción PRO, y es lamentable que no contesten a los correos.

They don't pay, this Distributor is a SCAM, I still don't know how they weren't arrested with so much theft, but justice in Mexico is blind. Since 2022 they haven't paid me, their support system is almost entirely automated, they run away whenever I try to talk to them.

I had an issue with my release. After sending an email to Indiefy, I quickly got an answer from them, assuring me everything was okay. Thanks for being so responsive!

The company Indiefy is the most thieving company that openly steals from people. I don’t understand — they should be in prison, not promoting themselves as the best.

Los pagos de regalías nunca llegan
Demoran muchísimo en subir las canciones he estado pagando el premium por 3 años hasta que mi música empezó a generar algo de dinero. Y ahora no me pagan.
Se comunican siempre a través de mensajes prediseñados o de un bot.
No lo recomiendo para nada
Estoy actualmente migrando todo mi catálogo a otra plataforma, muy decepcionado con esta empresa que se abusa de los artistas emergentes.

That's it, I'm suing them, they keep my money pending for years and never pay me anything. They don't even respond any mails, and totally ignore it all. I hope more people will speak up. Their company will be forever closed and suspended and they'll end up in jail for scamming and stealing money from artists. We'll see.

I strongly advise against using Indiefy.net. Despite having songs distributed through their platform for over six months — with confirmed streams and revenue — I have not received a single royalty payment.

This is not just a delay — it’s theft. Artists trust distributors to handle their music and earnings transparently. Indiefy has broken that trust completely.

There are plenty of legitimate distribution services out there. Don’t waste your time and creativity on a company that doesn’t respect the artists it claims to support.

OMG This is too good like the only problem i can think of is that my music is not on youtube and i am called klxin if anyone sees my music also i am dropping an album memory never fades make sure tofollow on spotify and deezer and hopefully youtube
