Industrial Metal Services Reviews

We have been using IMS now for over 20 years. Our Rep, Gaynor is amazing and always gives us a great service and is very knowledgeable. If Gaynor isn't around then Kelvin is my next port of call. The prices are competitive and the deliveries are reliable. When I am quoting, speedy responses are important and that is exactly what I get from IMS. When they price for me IMS are honest with their lead times and stock levels which again is important. I highly recommend IMS and my reps Gaynor and Kelvin.

We have used IMS for many years now and cannot fault the service, products, after sales care and staff.

IMS are a good company to work with, offer competitive prices and if ordered before or by 5 pm you get the ordered material the very next day.
Our Rep. Mitchell Blake is very helpful and will go out of his way to help right from quote till the delivery of the goods.
Would recommend them to anyone

Tip top service, Mitch was very helpful and always gave me a good price

Always friendly and helpful. Great prices and lead times/delivery.

other steel suppliers tend to bend the truth with deliveries and move prices up if not checked. we have always used IMS because of there honesty and reliability. # Sadie Bates . has always looked after us, polite, very easy going and if there is a problem she always solves it fast. not that there ever is but from dealing with them for 6-7 years only had 1 hick up that was resolved the same day.

Very good service. I deal with Sadie Bates who is always very helpful with turning around urgent orders and quotes for me. She makes the process easy.

Mitchell Blake has looked after my account for sometime now. He aways comes back quickly with prices etc, usually within the hour and has good product knowledge. Stock steel is always delivered next day and the drivers are always polite and great with helping with off loading.

IMS have been supplying my company with Structural steels for many years and we have a great working relationship with many of the Sales executives.

Their knowledge and understanding of the industry are second to none and they always deliver a top service !!

My assigned account executive Mr Blake is very helpful ,always accessible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we have our orders on time and all cut to length.

His customer service is impeccable and he always ensures he supplies the steel at the best price around, keep up the good work Mitch !!

I highly rate and would always recommend IMS for anyone out there, who would be looking for a helpful and genuine customer service team (#Andrew Richardson) who will help you with any aspect of metal you might require weather it be stock lengths of materials, cut to order ,plasma cutting, laser profiling or just a general inquiry. 100% the best stockholders to use.
