I have just received my first bespoke logo item of workwear. Lee has been fabulously helpful and professional. I'll be ordering from them again. Highly recommended.

Caden, your assistance with managing our order was outstanding. You provided exceptional guidance in selecting the ideal T-shirts for our team, and the sample we received was of excellent quality. We were pleasantly surprised when our final order arrived sooner than anticipated, a testament to the excellent customer service we experienced. It was great to have a dedicated point of contact who addressed all of our questions promptly.

They provided excellent samples for us to assess. We'll definitely consider them when it's time to update our work supplies for the upcoming season.

From the first contact, to completing the design, signing the prototype and delivery exceptional service from the team, in particular Katy who dealt with all of my queries in a timely manner. Ordered a bundle of uniform, to receive the order and for trousers to be missing. Emailed saying we still haven't had the trousers, to be told trousers weren't part of the order. Despite an order note with the trousers on. Then told its a 9 week wait for said trousers. And that I'd provided a different order number in the first email, except there was only 1 order number for the whole bundle. How is 9 weeks acceptable and to not even been told that. Rude customer service. Also receive emails from someone called Jen, and when you reply it says jen no longer works there. Then why do you send emails from her account?? Not even an apology.

Great quality polo shirts, 1/4 zip jumpers and coats. The embroidery is also great quality. Competitive prices. The best thing is that the uniform comes in individual packages for each team member which is a great idea and has saved me so much time not having to do this myself. Natalie is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Overall, great experience and customer service from Courtney. She was quick with her replies and really helpful with our first order. She also kept us updated throughout the whole process. The quality is incredible including our embroidery logo and printed logo. Both got our logo stop on. We will be back for more orders. Wouldn't shop with anyone else.

This was my first time ordering PPE from Industrial workwear for MST. Natalie was a great help all the way through from enquiry to delivery. The clothing i purchased was exactly what we were wanting and the employees using it have all given it a big thumbs up!
