Ordered Tuesday and delivery was the next day. Ordered Sagar Black Sandstone but had 5 cracked slabs of various sizes. Response back from Inifite paving was really quick and i was reimbursed for the damaged stones.

From start to finish with my second paving project Rowan and the team at Infinite Paving have been excellent, communication and attention to detail were fantastic, giving me some very valuable advice with regards to mixing up the colours so it would look varied when laid, thanks again Rowan.

I ordered some paving stones from Infinite Paving for my backyard project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The materials arrived quickly and were exactly as described — durable, even, and beautifully finished. Even from Canada, the ordering process was smooth and communication was excellent. My patio looks amazing now!

Infinite Paving truly delivers on quality. I used their landscaping supplies to redo my garden walkway, and it completely transformed the space. The stones are strong and weather-resistant — perfect for our Canadian climate. I really appreciate their attention to detail and the professional support throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered some slabs from this company. Assuming I would be contacted by the pallet company to arrange delivery (as I have been with every other pallet delivery I have had) I carried on going to work only to miss a delivery of the slabs...I hadn't even been notified they had been dispatched. I arranged redelivery for a few days later and took the day off work, only for them to not turn up as agreed! It was then rearranged again for a morning slot and they did eventually turn up about 1pm. To be fair to Infinite Paving they did cover the cost of all this messing about but it was still a waste of 2 days annual leave!

Without opening the crate I checked the colour looked roughly as I was expecting however I came home from work the day the chap had laid the patio to find I had a red patio... I ordered Cotswold yellow slabs so can only assume they put the wrong label on the crate as what I received looks much more like Modak.

And to top it all off Rowan is now failing to respond to my emails regarding being sent the wrong stone.

Very satisfied with the excellent communication and customer service. Rowan has been both informative and charming to communicate with and the price of the Italian patio slabs were fiercely competitive with gardening centres and other companies out there. Excellent value product from a reliable business.

Shortly after installation on 20th July 2023 I noticed several issues that indicate the slabs we purchased are defective:

1. Large cracks appeared within a week of installation despite following the recommended installation process

2. Discoloration started appearing after the first rain, despite the slabs being marketed as weather-resistant

3. Uneven surface with noticeable breaks in the slabs, making it unsafe to walk on

The paving slabs do not meet the quality standards expected and are not fit for purpose. This has caused significant inconvenience and additional costs for maintenance.

We have tried contacting customer service on multiple occasions over the past 4 months via phone and email and have received no response.

Excellent... All that I wanted. There were some small issues and the support guy sorted everything without a fuss. Super quick delivery without any extra charges, quality as you expect, these guys are just impressive. I have ordered enough this time and recommended to my friends as well !!!

My Stone circle arrived on time and was solidly packed in a crate with no broken pieces and the delivery was on time as I’d been advised, and by the time I made the 5 min journey home from work the driver had unloaded it ready for my signature. When I first unpacked and laid out the circle I did have a problem in that I felt the circle wasn’t quite the colours I was expecting and I felt there should have been more darker colours within my circle. Spoke with Rowan several times who was happy to discuss and look after my interests. After looking at the options of enhancing the stone to bring out the darker colours I felt that it was something that I could work with and therefore this is the update and conclusion to my previous review.

Ordered slabes and paid for express delivery. After receiving the order confirmation email the company fell into a dark hole. Emailed asking for delivery details Nothing. A few emails from palletline who failed to deliver on the day they confirmed. Reached out to Infinite for some clarification and help… no response. The delivery didn’t arrive within the stated timeframe despite paying extra for express delivery. Re contacted infinite paving and still no reply. I would AVOID this company like the plague. Very poor customer service, in fact it’s non existent.

Delighted.... I ordered sawn and honed Rippon Indian sandstone for our outdoor area from Infinite Paving. Very helpful advice and prompt delivery, all slabs in good condition. I was a bit worried about my choice when it arrived as it looked a bit too straight, smooth, perfect and rather boringly grey when stacked in the crates but now that it is down it looks fantastic. Beautiful varied shades of brown, red, orange, pink grey, beige, cream, and some amazing natural patterns, dramatic when wet, calm when dry, as per the photos on the website. I'm very glad I didn't wimp out and try to change to a different product which would have been a costly decision. Highly recommend this product and supplier.

Initially last year we had some colour issues with the Raj Green product and hastily placed a rather negative review.
I had hastily as after speaking with infinite management it was clear that they were eager to help resolve the issue and we have not encountered any such problems since.
This company offers Great value for money in the current high material climate.
We also appreciated a timely speedy turnaround of the goods which we ordered

One of the Indian stone paving slab packs had almost 30% stained slabs. The company are extremely difficult to communicate with and despite sending pix of every damaged slab and them having agreed to a refund over 2months ago I have received nothing. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. My experience with this company was very poor

The team at Infinate dispatched the product quickly however with the driver shortages, didn't hit their intended delivery time scales... out of their control unfortunately as not their wagons/drivers. They kept me well informed through the tricky delivery phase.

Allways a bit worrying when using a new paving firm but Cannot praise these guys enough one of the best I've used. Kept me updated on every step received phone calls/txts.could not ask for more.will be using more often allready ordering next lot.

Have used this company several times over the years and had no problems although this time had 2 pallets which had clearly been damaged somewhere along the line delivered with 4/6 broken slabs inside each crate, phoned in to let them know only to be told they allow for several broken slabs???? I havnt allowed for these breakages at my end and I have paid for a full 100% pack not 90% pack. Very disappointed

Absolutely spot on company, this is my first time using Infinite Paving and I can safely say I was not disappointed!

First of all their prices was very competitive, also compared to some other companies their website was very easy to navigate and all details was clear with nice images. I found the exact style of slab I was after very quickly.

Unfortunately I made a mistake with my order (ordered 2 pallets of slabs instead of 1) which I didn't realise until nearly a week later, by the time I rang up my order had already gone out on the truck. However the team at Infinite and the delivery company could not be more helpful and understanding even though I created a bit of logistical nightmare haha.

Infinite let the delivery company know and they managed to take one back on the day (delivery driver also very helpful) which I was very grateful for and once the pallet of slabs was back with Infinite and checked a refund was issued instantly.

Now the slabs! The slabs was delivered with care and well packed. The look and quality are amazing, I really am over the moon with them they are EXACTLY what I wanted. There is a nice contrast also between them being wet and dry both look amazing!

Long review haha but just wanted to give credit, where credit is due. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Very impressed!
