This is the best car rental experience I’ve had in a long time. The pick up and drop off were so easy. The car was ready for us. The staff was friendly. We had no issues at all!

Realmente estoy sorprendida con la profesionalidad con la que fui tratada en Infinity card. Me atendió Luis Angel que realmente se ofreció a dejarme un buen descuento y también me entregaron un auto automático súper cómodo para mi estadía en Tulum. La atención fue excelente. SÚPER recomiendo este lugar para rentar autos. Todos los seguros estaban incluidos, no tuve que pagar de más como otras compañías te obligaban. Me daba miedo que no me hagan el reintegro del depósito pero en el momento que chequearon que el auto estaba igual a como lo retiré, el reintegro fue automático. Definitivamente volvería a usar el servicio.

I was really impressed with the service…
I was really impressed with the service from Infinity Car Rental at Tulum Airport. Two days before my trip, I was told the Jeep I had reserved wouldn’t be available. However, the team went above and beyond — they checked every option and managed to get a Jeep for me from their Cancun branch.
The service was professional, helpful, and reliable from start to finish. Because of this experience, Infinity Car Rental will be my first choice every time I travel to Tulum.

Worth the price. Recommended 100%
To be honest l rented a car in the Christmas holiday season, the cost was the most affordable within all the companies that offer the service in Tulum, the car, was not the best it was a little bit old with several details, but for the price and to be used as a transport between all the touristic zones, it was ok, if the price continue being competitive for sure I will be a customer

Rentamos el coche 7 días y nos parecio excelente la experiencia , pudimos visitar muchos lugares.Asistencia Vial fueron muy amables y estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros , si nos presenta otro viaje volveríamos a rentar con Infinity Car Rental.
