Excellent, speedy customer service which backed up my purchase of an elegant Marisa photo frame. A great selection of merchandise on their website. Will definitely buy again from here as soon as the large Marisa wall hung frame is back in stock!

Good Customer Service
Item arrived damaged and glass broken though this was the courier's fault and not the fault of Infinity Decor.
Company was quick to reach out and send a replacement very quickly which was much appreciated. Good quality and outgoing customer service. Thank you!

Allowed me to order 4 lights, which were unavailable anywhere else, at the cost of £600, debited me and then advised me days later that the item wasn't in stock which was hugely annoying as had booked the electrician to fit them, and then still had them as available on website !!

Would recommend!
Great service! I spotted the door handles I’d ordered slightly cheaper somewhere else and I was credited back the difference. No issues. Would recommend.

The polished nickel door knobs arrived within a few days. Very well packaged. They are beautiful and definitely of a high quality.
