Do NOT use this site to search for someone.......they will sign you up for recurring subscriptions which you had no idea that you were signing up for b/c it is in the fine print.

Wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to the small one time fee. Not only did I not receive any of the information I was looking for, but the information I did find on myself and my husband was bad. Now I'm having to protest charges because the one time fee just magically changed to a subscription and amazingly there is no way on the site to cancel.

Useless and inaccurate info, didn't have what i needed at all. Then charged me twice, terrible service do not use

Useless information! Only about 10% accurate. Overcharged. Going to have a chat with the Florida Attorney General. Seriously don't use these clowns 🤡

Said there special one time check. Was .99 cent then tried to charge me 20.99

They charged me $29.95 five times for one search! My bank asked if the charges were legit. I said no, so my debit card was closed. Now I have to go get a new card. What a scam. Do not use this website!

Fake “free” website then makes you pay

They charge you for stuff you never signed up for. To me that's a scam and should be shut dow. Got 3 different charges on two different dates.

I cancelled and they still took money out of account. Don't buy anything with there name attached. They wait till there closed on Saturday to screw you till Monday.

They say .99 but charge you 29.99 plus .99

I canceled my account last week on line and apparently my account was NOT canceled as I was charged today for the monthly fee. Called customer service and got the run around from the rep. He told me that you can't cancel on line (even though there is a cancel subscription button there). Tried to gaslight me on this fact by saying there isn't a cancel button there. I was persistent in telling him to cancel my account, that I never want to see a charge from them again, etc. He said he would send a confirmation of cancelation to my email. As of right now, about 15 minutes after speaking to the rep, I have no email. I will wait 24 hours and check again. Their search results are terrible/questionable and the means to cancel are extremely difficult. They are scammers. DO NOT use them!

When I "politely" called them to ask about the charge, they quickly gave me a one-time courtesy refund and canceled my account. I can only say Thank You!

Careful! They are dishonest in their advertisements, it clearly said 0.99 cents to try this nonsense out but then you get immediately charged $30.

They are scammers. Do not use. I am reporting them for scamming people with disabilities cuz it involves ssi. They ad a trial period and then charge you $30 a week later randomly (after confirming I had cancelled my trial)

Don't bother. They keep trying to charge me a "convenience fee" even though I spoke directly with them over the phone and received a confirmation code of my cancelation. If you don't monitor your bank account carefully they will charge you until the end of time. Waste of time and money.

The company does not provide more information than I already know. In fact, I have more information than they do. Also, the location they describe to you in order to cancel online doesn't exist. There is absolutely no way to cancel online. You must call or email them. I emailed to cancel my subscription, but they didn't cancel the à la carte (add-ons) items to my subscription; which one would think is a no brainer in the cancelation process...I guess not. So if you don't specifically outline to cancel your subscription, AND all of the additions in your subscription you want to cancel, you're going to continuously be charged for those add-ons.

Deceptive to the lay person. Site does not provide easy way to cancel service, which must be done by calling.Also, add on subscription fees for features you would assume that they came with their regular monthly fee. Personal opinion, site is a rip off and will gladly take your money.

Basically a bait and switch scam site. They claim they process various public data and produce reports, and then they make you wait, and tease you with juicy data they supposedly found. Then you wait some more, then finally you can see the report...if you subscribe. And if you subscribe, none of those details are in the report. I just wanted to look up my own old addresses, but you can't do that with this site. You can't do anything with this site. It's just a scam.

Signed up took my money didnt even do a search took money out my account twice for a trial but didnt deliver want i asked so dont use them they are a con
