we have been waiting for our order for nearly 2 months will little correspondents. when you do get a response its the same answer it will be dispatched this week.
when i asked for a date of dispatch or ill get a refund i got no response.
got a dispatch notice but DHL have yet to receive the seat covers

Terrible and extremely poor service from this company. As appears to be the common theme on here we ordered seat covers to the value of £600 for a new van on the 27th March with the expectation of 5 days delivery as stated on the website. Only after chasing did I receive a reply stating there was backlog after the Christmas rush and to give another 2 weeks for delivery. I appreciate that the 2 weeks are not up yet (10 days) however there has been no replies to the emails sent and after reading the reviews on here I don't expect one. I have now requested a full refund but await a response!
This company is very misleading and apparently feels it is ok to lie to customers and treat them poorly after taking their money.

Not arrived
When ordering seat covers they were supposed to be in stock with a 3-5 day delivery
After 2weeks I tried to call but now you can only email the company I emailed saying I would like a refund, when they decided to answer they said the covers would be delivered that week, they weren’t, after loads of emails they were going to give me a refund.
A week later a got a email from DHL saying my parcel would be delivered on a date when I was on holiday.
When I got back dhl could not find my parcel.
I have emailed for a refund

Ordered van seat covers back in January and still haven't got them (10/4/26) False tracking and constant lies. My credit card company will now be on their case to get my money back. These companies need to be taken down, my next step is to contact watch dog to see what they can find out about them. Don't use them!!!!!!
Terrible communication
Failure to stick to their own deadlines, waited nearly 4 months after payment and despite multiple requests to cancel, covers eventually arrived.
Repeatedly provided wrong information on status, and ultimately received fake tracking numbers so receiving something eventually was a surprise.
No fitting instructions so had trial and error to work out which chair was which, and front covers regularly slide off as no way to fit properly.
A reasonable product badly let down by the communications. If you want covers for the winter order now!

Waited over 2 months and I’m not prepared to wait any longer. I won’t be waisting my time trying to get a refund off them either. Instead I’ll just request a back charge from the bank which everyone else has the right to do if no goods have been received!! If within 180 days of purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to wait 5 weeks for my seat covers. Very disappointing, very little update given just blaming staff shortages. Terrible customer service and unfortunately haven’t heard any better from two others I know who also purchased from them

Ordered seat covers and floor mat on the 21st Jan, still not received. Requested refund to be told order has been dispatched on 15th feb and received tracking number. Now 7 days on and dhl say they have not received anything from the supplier to deliver yet. Obviously a delay tactic. 3-5 days delivery my arse. Will be requesting refund through the bank this week.

Items not received after 30 days , items were in stock with 3-5 day despatch.
Ordered 12th Dec with the suggested delivery before Christmas, 3-5 day despatch and item in stock. Many emails later as you cannot ring them, they have agreed a refund (30.01.26) but are deducting carriage, for an order we did not receive. Terrible customer service.
