I had a small issue & Ink Owl went above and beyond to remedy it. I was floored by their immediacy, professionalism, and truly empathetic customer service. The quality of their toner, the way they treated me, and their generosity has put me in their debt. I will be going out of my way to recommend them every single chance I get. Inkowl has the best customer service. I am on the west coast and they are on the east coast and they were very accommodating to have a technician reach out to me during the small window of time that I was available during their business hours. The technician that helped me was Anthony. He was extremely helpful and was able to help me troubleshoot to get the sublimation colors more accurate. I would 100% recommend inkowl to those in the sublimation world. They are easy to contact and have outstanding customer support.

Ink Owl delivers and delivers! I have been a customer for years, and every now and then, my Brother printer self-updates its software in such a way that the printer no longer recognizes the Ink Owl ink. Just had another one of these diabolical updates to deal with, and the Ink Owl tech team dealt with it by sending me a new chip resetter. Back in business!

My Epson Ecotank sublimation printer with InkOwl ink was creating what looked like great prints but—after heat pressing on plaques—produced smeared, unacceptable results. The order was due for delivery in two days and I was out of ideas as to how to fix the problem. (I have been doing sublimation for about 15 years and have never experienced this particular issue.) I called Ink Owl and talked to an incredibly knowledgeable tech specialist who diagnosed the problem as a corrupted driver. He took over my workstation remotely, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and made all necessary software tweaks. He stayed with me while I heat pressed a test print, and it was beautiful! I am now an Ink Owl customer for life!!

Top flight customer service backing up a good product. Having grown frustrated at Dell’s price gouging for OEM toner cartridges, I gave Ink Owl a try. I am very pleased. Reusing a cartridge was not hard and the after sale support is superb.

As it happened my Dell printer balked at accepting the recycled cartridge. The customer service team took a nano-second to identify the snag, and had a replacement chip to me in 3 days time.

Will definitely use these folks again.

I’ve had so many discount ink cartridge companies that I used whether it be self filling cartridges or their pre-fill cartridges and I recommend this company 110% above and beyond any other company. Their customer service is fantastic if you need them.. if you need ink cartridges for your printer, I find these cards better than the expensive printer brand name cartridges. Tell your friends!!

I took a chance at re-filling my printer's ink cartridges. I had little knowledge about how to do it. But, with the prices of cartridges these days, I needed to try my hand at it.
I found InkOwl online and it turned out to be a good experience. The customer support at InkOwl was outstanding. They answered all of my questions, in a timely manner; gave solid advice; sent me material to read; and, basically, helped me understand the best method, for handling my printer/ink situation and even to suggest proper settings on my printer.
I haven't been doing this for very long, at this point, but, due to the Inkowl folks, I have a lot of confidence in my ability to do this, and that they will be there, if I have an issue.

Excellent Customer Service! I made a fat finger mistake and got the address incorrect. The package was undeliverable and headed back to them before I realized. They sent out a new package overnight at a minimal fee and saved the day! I can't thank them enough! Without their help I would have had orders going out very late.

The InkOwl bottles look just as good as the Canon original while costing only a quarter as much.

The refilling process is messy though.

We have used Inkowl products in our business for a few months now. We initially turned to them in a pinch when a certain ink was unavailable from any supplier. I was sold on their ink from that first purchase, and have now switched all our photo inks to InkOwl formulations. The cost was the thing that first attracted me - but the quality and consistency will keep me. We are a photo0lab that produces hundreds of prints per week, and our quality, consistency and cost are important - InkOwl hits on all three!

After trying several companies that promised their "compatible" toner cartridge would work....but they didn't, I ran across the InkOwl site that had toner refills. I was a little leary, but ordered the toner refill kit and special tool for making holes in the cartridge. The directions were very clear and the whole process went very well. I now have a WORKING copier. Kudos to InkOwl!!!!

After many hours over several weeks in search of assistance to convert my printer to a chipless state I was lucky enough to speak with Martine of Ink Owl. She listened to my problem and immediately understood the situation in such a complete way that she passed the information on to Joseph in Ink Owl support. In less than an hour Joseph called to offer assistance. I was unable to take the call at that time and he agreed to call back at a specific time. He did so at the exact stated time 4 hours later. Joseph walked me through a complicated (to me) set of steps and was patient when I failed to follow through the first time around. He stayed on the phone as I fumbled and created multiple typos in following his direction. In my 84 years I have never experienced such a patient, kind and competent service for any issue. Ink Owl personnel has restored my faith in the decency and kindness of strangers, saved me an unknown amount of money and allowed me to continue my beloved pass time of printing my lifelong photography pursuit. Thank you, Martine. Thank you, Joseph. Thank you Ink Owl for maintaining a business of the highest quality.

I purchased some gray ink for my ET-8550 and weeks passed by and I had NOT received anything. After I had e-mailed them they said that they had e-mailed me (I looked at all my e-mail history and deleted items and there was nothing from them, so they lied). They e-mail me again after I e-mail them asking what printer I wanted the ink for, after I told them they shipped the package. They did NOT need to know what printer I had; I think that they were just stalling until they had the product.

I had profile issues with an older printer that I was converting to sublimation. Anthony from Ink Owl spent a long time with me troubleshooting the issue and eventually made a custom profile for my set up that is spot on. I could not be happier. I highly recommend these folks!

They make a fantastic product, customer service is above and beyond. Plus very reasonably priced for refillable ink cartridges.

We ran into an issue with delivery. Our Post Office had a photo of my package just before delivery, but there was no package in our rural mailbox. Disappearing ink? Mailbox thieves? The folks at Ink Owl were amazingly gracious and prompt in assisting me with a replacement. 10 stars for friendliness and follow-through. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

I received excellent and professional service from InkOwl. Anthony in particular was very helpful with detailed explanations and walked me through troubleshooting my problems, and when that wasn’t possible he offered a discounted rate for a replacement which I thought was very fair. Overall, I would use this service again.

Been in the Screen printing business for decades, Merged into Dye Sub A few years ago Using Cobra ink. When they closed down, Decided to give Ink Owl a try, Wished I had found them Sooner, Had a few issues with the color profiles, I have never had such great phenomenal service, Anthony was the absolute Best Tech I ever dealt with, Complete Pro & Patience of a Saint, Absolutely recommend, Great customer service, Just wish they were closer

We are a district with hundreds of computers and because money is always tight we search for the best deal on ink. This company was nothing but a horrible experience. Antoinette their sales rep was nothing but rude and kept trying to upsell me on ink I did not need. My suggestion is do not buy from this company. There are others out their who want your business.
