Brilliant service. Ordered an ink cartridge on Tuesday and arrived on Wednesday, plus it was cheaper than anywhere else. First time I have used Ink Robot but won't be the last.

When it comes to purchasing ink for my printer, I realised I’ve been showing loyalty to a website but receiving none in return. So I decided to shop around & that’s how I came across Ink Robot. They sell genuine ink cartridges for all the big brand printers as well as remanufactured options, which I can’t comment on yet as I’ve only bought the genuine Epsom cartridges so far. There’s a lot to like about this company, they offer free shipping which most people look for or if you’re in a rush, you can opt for Royal Mail 24 for £1.95 but it’s the whole eco friendly company attitude that I’m most impressed with. I ordered a multipack which consists of 4 cartridges & when the package arrived, it had the 4 sealed ink cartridges but came without all the unnecessary plastic outer packaging & it also included a prepaid label for posting back any used cartridges with an incentive for each one returned. So as well as getting the ink I need at a cheaper price, I also feel that I’m doing my bit for the environment. It really is an excellent concept. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ink Robot & I will definitely be buying my ink from here again.

Received my order for a genuine canon cartridge by next day delivery. Great price and great service.

You forgot to include my IJT Direct Promotional Pen

The first cartridge they sent me did not lock in to my print head. I gave it a bad review and now I must rectify that because the replace one they sent was perfect. So not Inkrobots fault as it was a sealed package from HP

I ordered the wrong item, my mistake. Emailed customer services and Ed responded very quickly and refunded the order straight away.

I needed an HP62 colour cartridge for my printer. I usually head for amazon but noticed Ink Robot & their very competitive pricing so placed my order which arrived next day. Unfortunately the cartridge was faulty so I phoned & spoke with a very pleasant gentleman named Ed who was very apologetic & sent a replacement out immediately which also arrived next day, this one was perfect.
