I transferred the 60 euros before the first appointment on Meet. The meeting went well, and I was promised that my issue would be resolved within two days, with no complications. Then… nothing. No updates, no replies, absolutely zero communication. It feels like they just took the 60 euros and left me without any answer. A real pick‑pocket situation.

Inlis has been extremely responsive and helpful, particularly regarding my tax situation and social security payments as a freelancer. Luis immediately created a plan during our first consultation, and within a week the team had already begun straightening out some issues with my previous year's filings. It can be a daunting and confusing system to navigate, but they've clarified a lot for me and have shown a really generous intention to set me on the right path independently moving forward. Can't recommend enough!

We got relatively quickly a reply from INLIS , then we sent the documentation requested and paid the consultation.
We got one consultation, a report generated by readAI and then nothing. No follow up.
I requested having a quote by email and received no replies.
We don't know why we were suddenly ghosted.

I had an excellent experience with Inlis Consulting. They guided me through my Portugal visa application process with great professionalism and care. Even after I received my visa, they continued to support me with any additional information I needed. When the embassy raised an issue, they helped me draft professional emails to the visa officer, which made the process much smoother. Regrettably, I have to agree with the other reviewer. While I found Mr. Cruz and Hina polite, warm, and engaging, the “1-2 hour meeting took only 40 minutes as Inlis hadn’t read the information (US tax return, overview of assets, etc) prior to our meeting. They did respond to a couple of specific questions, and they did indicate that I would hear back from them after they had a chance to go over the details of my earlier submissions. I never heard back from Inlis, despite subsequent submissions, questions, and a follow up email.

I guess I’m a little confused as to the business model in all of this. Why pursue an (admittedly profitable) single interaction for a couple of hundred euros when a deeper, longer term relationship could result in a more sustainable (and mutually advantageous strategy).

I wish Inlis no ill will, but our meeting was a waste of time.

I am disappointed by the way I was treated by Inlis Consulting. After the initial meeting (paid consultation) I have been ignored in spite of numerous emails sent both to the company and the person I spoke to. During the consultation I have heard many "We can do this for you" or "I will send you answer to your question" but apart from receiving a list of action points, I haven't received any action itself. Sad, as I was hoping for a fruitful cooperation.
