Jim is amazing. This isn’t a gimmick or bs Jim has invested in me and my life. My situation is so severe with generalized anxiety illness disorder panic disorder the list goes on, so even when I give up on myself he’s right there. Inner solutions has the right balance between therapy and life coaching. Such a unique model. If you’re struggling on how to manage and cope definitely give them a shot.

Jim was so heartfelt and compassionate. It was easy to connect with him and open up about my traumas so that he can help me heal. His strategies aren’t like any other therapy sessions. He used multiple modalities.
I still use what he has taught me often. I highly recommend trying Inner Solutions out. Expecially if you feel as though every other therapy you have tried has just touched the surface. He will ensure to find the best approach that works for you.

Enis, had made such a difference in my life. After a miscarriage and going through a really bad anxiety phase and struggling with dark intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. He did not just give me something to make me feel calm for a hour and then spiral, he gave me tools to use constantly. He reminds me that its a journey and season not something you overcome with one tip. He helped me understand, slowness, slowing day, the way the brain works and grounds me when I need it. He will listen to you but also give you the tough love you need instead of just comfort. I also told him I was a Christian, and when I stepped into that journey and relying more on God and things that were in the bible, he respectfully told me he isn't a christian but he always made sure to somehow bring some part of the session back to peace from God and the truths of the bible. I know thats not his job but because he cares so much, he took the time to give me extra peace , comfort and knowledge through things I relate to. He also DOES NOT JUDGE. YOU can tell him anything even the really scary things he will not be phased by it. Enis is an angel sent.

I was a little skeptical at first because I found them on Facebook. I got my free call and I went for it . I met Jim !! Super nice, made me feel comfortable . Then I set up some sessions with him and never looked back. He’s helped me in ways that I can never explain. He helped me get through some hard stuff in my life. Hands down better than any psychologist. I looked forward every week to talk to him.

I’ll admit at first I thought this was a scam because I found them through a sponsored ad on my FaceBook timeline, but I decided to find out for myself. I will tell you that it’s the best decision I have made for my mental health. The very first time I spoke to one of the coaches, I was having extreme insomnia and anxiety. The very first call, he gave me advice and some things to try so I can sleep better that night. He literally called to check on me the next morning and I had slept 9 hours straight! That, made me a believer. What’s amazing about them is that they’re not just people that are trying to get money by setting up calls with people. They’re actually people just like all of us. People who have been through the anxiety, panic, sleepless nights, etc. They have researched and practiced so many methods to help themselves and then decided to pay it forward to the rest of us. To hear things like…”Oh, I know exactly what you mean, this happened to me.” “That makes total sense, try this…” They have given me so many skills to live a happy, healthy life. Not only did they help me through some severely rough times, they helped me be an even better version of me than I ever thought I would be prior to talking to them. If you want to talk to a real, genuine person, who will support you and help you to feel better. Definitely call them. They very well could have saved my life. ❤️
