Ed and his team did an awesome job of assessing our needs, helping us dial in and prioritize what to tackle first. And then have fun and get to know our team better at the same time. We were in a time crunch and they were able to help us pull off a very successful leadership retreat in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them.

The team put together a great day program tailored to our private organizations intended professional development focus areas. Doc was awesome, made the day enjoyable with interactive activities that promoted team development to go along with amazing group discussions and self reflection.

Working with the team at InnerWork was so easy and a lot of fun. Our group had a limited amount of time and InnerWork was able to craft an activity specifically for us - no "canned" scavenger hunts here! Ed was also a selling point. Our customers mean the world to us at OC. Based on our experience with InnerWork, it is clear that Ed and his team run a very customer focused and responsive organization, as well. We'll be back!

I met Ed and his team in my efforts to relaunch a revised Mission Statement and Core Values in a two day all hands meeting. InnerWork was absolutely fabulous and knocked it out of the park. I can't say enough good about the experience and highly recommend them to anyone considering a team building event or shift in company direction. It was a great experience!

After years of successfully working together our experienced team was suffering trust issues that were negatively affecting both our financial performance and personal satisfaction. Three days of team building with Ed provided the necessary tools and perspective our highly motivated team needed to get back on track. The results have greatly exceeded expectation. It feels like we are once again all pulling on the same end of the rope with a renewed sense of purpose and trust. Work is fun again!

Innerwork and Education: A Winning Combination!
The InnerWork Company has led our back-to-school team building camp for incoming students for several years, and we continue to value their expertise and commitment to their mission. They understand the importance of communication, relationship, and cooperation in education and in life.

The team enjoyed everything that was presented and all activities involved. The facilitator was very in tune with the business model and group of employees he was catering to. Great follow up and easy planning.

We've loved InnerWork program!

We were looking for a company to provide us a Team Building fun activity for a while when I found InnerWork website. Their website is really easy to navigate, so I've sent them a message asking for some information about the programs that they offer and Jay answered me very promptly.
We had a short time to organize our event and needed support with food and they were able to help us with everything.
The president of the company, Ed, is very attentive and knowledgeable, besides being very fun and nice talk.
The senior facilitator that came to give us the program, William, was absolutely fun and smart and offered us a great time, with a lot of learning opportunities.
The event was an absolute success!

Ed and Jay were excellent from the start helping me navigating to build our team building event creative and fun. The trainer Doc understood what we were trying to accomplish through the activities that he selected for us, and he did wonderful job to encourage us creating team work, trusting to each other and be accountable through fun activities. Very professional and effective communicators. They were able to build an effective team building activity despite time and location restrictions for our group.

Every aspect of working with InnerWork went smoothly. They are quick to respond and provide information. I had to put a pause in our process as we were understaffed and needed to get our numbers up before we committed, but once I was ready to move forward again it was like no time had passed and they didn't skip a beat. They really took an interest in out needs. Even with emails back and forth, they made sure to speak two me on the phone on multiple occasions to make sure a program was being designed to focus on what I desired. There was no pass off of information as I was put in contact with the facilitator of my event to discuss my needs with her as well.

I just wanted to thank you- the team building event for our executive team was fabulous. I can't express the my gratitude for Ed and his team putting such a thought through event together in such a short turnaround time...Wow! Everyone had an amazing time and Liz was as awesome facilitator! We are looking for our next event in a couple weeks. We will definitely use you again in the future and give plenty of referrals.

This company is OUTSTANDING! They were very engaged right from the start in helping to create a program tailored to my group's specific needs. The 2 facilitators who led our team building exercise were phenomenal and really helped my group of 40 scientists and engineers (1) have fun (no small task with this group) and (2) really see the importance of teamwork and collaboration in a whole new way! Several people have requested that we have them come back, which is truly a testament to how effective the program was!!! I highly recommend InnerWork to anyone wanting to foster better teamwork among a group.

I had one bad speaker experience with the company but after giving feedback they were able to rectify the situation quickly and the next session with a new speaker was better. I would rate the 1st session 1 star and the second session 4 stars so I'm giving them 3 stars to reflect an average of my experience with them.

We kicked off the school year with the InnerWork Company providing teambuilding activities for our staff. The activities were spot on for showing the staff the power of working as a team, not as individuals. Our hats off to Ed Quinn and Darryl Pollard for an exceptional job.
