I have been scammed by this company. I never purchased from their website. I received an email from this company telling me that I had made a purchase. I replied to the email telling them that I did not.

I got a further reply from the company telling me that they have cancelled the order. The next day, the order came to my house, and I was at my office. My wife, not knowing anything about this, thought the order was for me and accepted the order.

I reached out to Innovist asking them to return the product as I never made a purchase. They refused saying they don't make returns or refunds.

This is the biggest scam I have been in this year.

My order ID #3006961, which was placed on October 10, 2025. The order was supposed to be delivered by now, but I have not received it yet, and there has been no update or communication regarding the delay.

It has now been 10 days since the expected delivery date, and I am still waiting for my shipment. I would like to know the reason for the delay, the current status of my order, and the expected delivery date.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update as soon as possible.
