If there is something less than one star they would have it! This company is the definition of Rip-0ff. They offer CHEAP products and even worse customer service. I bought something from them and it was to small. First they tried to scam me saying I had to contact the shipper located in CHINA? I did not have a shipper in China, my parcel was delivered by USPS. Then they told me they didn.t have my parcel. Then some screwed up and sent me an email telling me they were going to destroy my parcel if I didn't send them a valid address, then they sent me an email requesting a 30 % restocking fee. A REAL SCAM and WASTE OF MONEY.

Recieved my item today that was nothing like it's supposed to look, all it is a basic glass tumbler with a sticker on it

The personalised whisky glass is poor quality. It’s simply a transfer. Can’t be used in a dish washer. Very disappointed at the poor quality. Don’t bother !!

When I was looking at the whiskey class on instagram it looked like the musical instruments were in side the glass ,it looked awesome, ut when I got it it’s a basic whiskey class with a sticker on the outside 😢🙄

I would 0 as tars if possible. I purchased a metal magnetic coaching board. The board was not metal nor was it able to take magnets like it said on the advertisement. I asked for my money back and they said no

Love what I ordered exactly what I wanted. Customer service are absolutely fantastic.

Product was crap. Took 3 weeks to arrive. And not as advertised. Ordered a metal magnetic board and go a plastic non-magnetic board. Customer service is a pain and only offered 20% refund for an unusable product.

Hello - received my bags today and they are so darling! Love them. Everything was great from the ordering of them to receiving them. Thank you!

I ordered 2 personalised bags. My error to start with as I didnt change the name colour from purple which is the default colour. I emailed explaining this and clearly stated the names colour on bag needed to be changed. All sorted and agreed. Arrived names in purple. They said " oh we thought you wanted to change bag colour " They dont read emails or if they do they just ignore them. Now stuck with bags with names on in purple which looks gawdy. Disgusting Avoid.

Good price, offer the more Easter cups you bought. Good quality. Received the order promptly and within the time frame quoted.

This company is an absolute nightmare and should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered metal line up board and it came in some cheap ass plastic that doesn’t function either with metal or dry erase.

And instead of making it right, they wanted me to pay to ship it back and if not, take a 20% refund. When I refused, they offered a 50% refund or basically that’s it. However, I have not received the refund, but at this point, I’m not even holding my breath for one.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 3 initial Easter cups. The shipping time was within the expected window but the quality was terrible. One cup arrived very damaged and another chipped after the first use. I would say these are dangerous for kids use! I tried contacting using the “contact us” link but wasn’t able to connect so manually entered their supposed customer service email and it bounced- does not exists. Definitely a scam and I hope this review helps others

Im utterly disgraced with the service.please do not fall for there delivery times.
I paid express delivery of £9.99 for parcel to arrive within 2/4days.
I wanted the gift for 13th Feb.
Its been 7days still not arrived.
Expected date of arrival 23rd Feb 15/16days after order.
Im asking for a refund and no response of them about refund.

My gift has still not arrived.
False information to customer.

Nothing but a scam, was sent something which was nothing like ordered or displayed on website, sent back pics and lodged compliant, now gone quite. Dont Deal with them....

Bought the wallet for a friend for Christmas ( Sally) she truly loves it

I placed an order for an I 15 phone case with my name imprinted on it. I checked and double checked to ensure I ordered the correct Case when I received the case 21 days later from the time I placed the order it is defective. My iPhone 15 does not fit in this case. I emailed them naïvely asking them to send me a shipping label so I could return it to them and get a credit. They graciously responded via email telling me they were unable to provide a refund for me because the item was not defective. What part of the phone case was too small and I ordered correctly did they not understand? I have disputed the charges with my bank, filed a claim against them with the North Carolina Attorney General‘s office division of consumer affairs and I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Product was not what was advertised, and when I reached out for refund they refused to fully refund. I was able to send video proof their product was a fraud. Product was completely useless and could not be used for anything. Over $800 order. It was not even close to what was on their site. Total scam - I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After much back and forth I received 50% refund which was ridiculous but at least something.
