The clothes are beautiful. The attitude of customer service is very good. It's warm and patient. It's also a good choice to wait for a nice dress.

This place operates out of China which I feel like gets a bad rep from Americans because the shipping time times so long but you have to remember it’s being shipped form the other side of the world. You need to be patient their stuff is worth it. It’s very high quality. They allow you to process payments securely. I had ordered something that was going to be back ordered and someone from the site contacted me via email and offered me a similar item since it would be another month until the one I wanted would be available. They were so helpful and customer service was on point and I got something a little more expensive for the price of the item I originally purchased. But that’s not all. About a month later the woman emailed me again to let me know the item I originally wanted was available. She told me she would hold it for two weeks. I didn’t need two weeks. They are seriously the coolest pants ever and I got back to her the same day so she had me place a new order for it and waved the shipping costs for the delay. They seriously went above and beyond! If this were a shady business, they would not be working that hard to ensure customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

I bought pants from there and the fit was absolutely terrible. I have a pretty average body so everything usually fits me pretty well but these were like 4” too short and 3” too big in the waist, but they fit my legs just fine. Anyways I reached out to return them and they said they’re from China so it wouldn’t be worth it to ship them back because it would be so expensive l, but they would give me a 20% refund. So I got 20% off a pair of pants I paid $45 for and I’m never going to wear them. At least the company was responsive, but I would never buy from them again!

0 stars if possible, buyer beware. First after weeks of no communication I sent an email checking on the status of my order. I was given tracking numbers that showed label created only. I complained to PayPal and they finally “really” shipped from 2 different California locations and I get 2 pairs of cheap costume pants with no tags or labels. Both are supposed to be small but they are different sizes and neither are small. I ask for return info and was offered an address in China or a 30% refund?! What a scam!!!
