Worst business experience I've had in a long time. Defective product, second time with them I had the exact same problem, delamination, defective replacement products, then product damaged during shipping + new problems of shoe fence brackets being mounted crooked and screws falling out.
Finished months after promised.
Extremely expensive, poor quality and poor communication. Incompetent employees across multiple departments, who failed to inspect, multiple times, and detect multiple quality defects. General manager Rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness vs proactiveness, not addressing, much less actually finding solutions to the mutiple problems, resulting in months of delays, compounding the probles and customer unhappiness.
Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating.
Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered.
