Monica gave a very insightful presentation. She explained so many things relating to Trauma in a very easily understandable way, using words and diagrams. She gave lots of time to everyone for their questions. Her advice regarding our perceptions of our experienced trauma and how to balance those perceptions so we can neutralise the effect of that trauma in our life was very clear and concise.
