Easy to order on line and excellent next day delivery. Good mixed hardwood selection. Large size variation of logs with unfortunately a few too large for my log burner (possibly my fault at time of ordering). Overall would buy again especially for the prompt delivery.

Super Impressed with our mixed bulk bag. Second time we have ordered this from instant logs. First time was great, the second time was excellent. Great value for money. Burns clean, dry seasoned wood and hot. Next day delivery is a dream and the driver was helpful. Customer service team was a delight when I had a question. This is my go to company for logs.

Delivery driver great
Delivery driver great . I was in the loft and my wife drying her hair. Missed the driver but when I called he came back. However I was looking at the text delivery tracker said item was still in depot, so wasn’t expecting delivery until in transit. Logs were quite a bit longer this time around, good job I’ve got a wide burner it they wouldn’t have fitted. In short still 4/5

Certainly excellent delivery
Certainly excellent delivery, however I’ve found that some of the logs are too large and although I have a small hand axe splitting them further is not easy.

Sorry to hear some of the logs were a little too large. We do our very best to ensure our bulk bags have a mixture of sizes to suit most fires/stoves, we can only apologise that some were too large. Please call us before you order again and we will do our very best to find a solution for smaller logs in your next order
10/10 and a Gold Star!
From start to finish a totally excellent service. I spoke to colleagues from InstantLogs and also their haulage company each individual was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
The delivery driver from JB Wheaton & Sons Ltd was exceptionally helpful and I received a friendly and professional service
The product is of excellent quality at an affordable price and arrived on time despite the adverse weather conditions - they literally are Instant!
Thank you so much - I really appreciated your efficiency

Great logs and very efficient delivery
Great logs and very efficient delivery, thank you 🙏
May not be your fault but despite the cling film wrapping the top sheet had holes in it which allowed rain water through resulting in a lot of logs on one side being soaked with rain water. Thanks anyway though 😉

We appreciate your review, thank you. Really pleased to hear the quality of the logs are great and that you received a very efficient delivery. Sorry the covering was damaged during transit, we will feed this back to ensure it does not happen again in the future
Excellent service
From the moment I ordered I had excellent service - from the delightful, friendly lady who reassured me about next day delivery, and then phoned to confirm that my order was on it’s way, to the delivery driver himself who went above and beyond to get my logs where I wanted them - with such good humour; nothing appeared to be too much trouble. That’s not even mentioning the fact that this was the only company I could find that delivered logs so quickly! Thoroughly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient service at a good price. Delivery driver called ahead to say they were en route and on arrival positioned the bulk bag with a pallet truck exactly where I wanted it. Wood was well packaged in the bag - good selection of logs. Will use again.
