If i could rate zero stars i would. I ordered a few packages from them months ago and they did not send me everything I ordered. And yes i paid full price for everything. The tint came severely scratched and not at all easy to get on. This company is terrible and it’s a big scam. Customer service is the worst i’ve seen ever. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Scam. They will take your money and will never fulfill your order. They keep saying my order is ready and that they're going to ship my order but never do. This has been going on for well over 2 months. Im assuming they just hope I drop off and get to keep my money. Do not waste your time or money on this business because you will be sorry.

Total scam. Going on 10 weeks, haven't received order nor will he give me a refund and insists my order is being manufactured... DO NOT ORDER!!!

Place an order last summer ‘24. Said order was processed. Still haven’t received product as of February ‘25

J'ai une fait une commande vla 2 mois et toujours rien reçu, je leur est écrit 3 foi, il me dise qui von m'envoyer un émail pour les détails de livraison . et toujours rien ,sa ressemble à de la FRAUDE. Très déçu de cette entreprise. Acheté rien d'eux .

These tints were exactly what my car needed. I no longer have to worry about the sun roasting me or damaging my car’s interior. The UV protection gives me peace of mind knowing my seats and dashboard won’t fade over time. Plus, the tints have given my car a much cleaner, more modern look that I absolutely love. The installation was handled professionally, and the fit was perfect with no bubbles or uneven edges. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and this has made a noticeable improvement to my daily driving experience. Definitely five stars.

WARNING SCAM : Paid for a product that was never processed. Sends fake USPS shipping labels, does not update order status. SCAM company. Look at the "F" grade from BBB.

Sent me the Wront tints 3 weeks late. Horrible company….

Received half my order. Emailed numerous times and it's been 2 months!

Never received full order. The customer service will tell lies to you. And it's been 3 months and I still haven’t received everything I order. Don't waste your money on them, they want money.

Poorly made product and even worse customer service. I've been waiting since October for the replacement order and still don't have tracking information. Save yourself the headache and get real window tint done

Their customer service sucks! STAY AWAY! if you want to order something and take 2 months to get then this is for you. My advice look elsewhere. I've sent over 15 emails to cancel my order or see where the heck it is and nothing. I'm filing a fraud charge with my bank today.

I would give zero stars if I could. Awful company. Takes 2+ months to ship and they do NOT respond to emails. Asked to cancel and refund my order more than 3 times. They provided a tracking number but never shipped the product. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM!! On their instagram they even took off commenting on all their most recent posts.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Instatints.com is nothing but a scam. I placed an order (Order #15736) and was falsely told it had shipped, yet they provided ZERO proof—no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, nothing. When confronted, they completely ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

This level of dishonesty is outrageous. They took my money and blatantly refused to respond. It’s clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders or providing any real customer service.

To anyone considering doing business with them: DON’T. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and potential loss of your hard-earned money. I am pursuing a formal dispute with my payment provider and reporting this company for fraudulent activity.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shady operation.

The order was long in getting here. Last in ship date. Then when I received it, it was not the order I paid for. I ordered for a 2019 Ford Ranger crew cab with a full rear window with rear window defrost. So I have 4 full doors and this order came with 2 side door windows, maybe a front windshield and not sure it is right. Also two small square windows. What they are for is beyond me. I paid $149.00 for full kit. On top of all that. The adhesive strip mentioned in the installation instructions was missing. I have rolled all of it back up and repackaged it nicely. I have sent an email because I cannot find a phone to contact them. It supposedly has an Instagram contact. However I do not do Instagram. I either want a refund or the right kit. Thought the product was innovative and looked forward to having it. However, that is deminisioning quickly. I will wait for the return email and if no return, I will file a complaint with the BBB and possibly with FTC.

To put it simple, this company is a scam. I placed an order over 3 months ago and still have not received my product and after multiple emails, they refuse to give a refund. I have reported them to the FTC and advise everyone avoid doing business with this “company”.

I never actually placed an order, I simply had them in my cart. November 8 2024 I received a notification of a charge by instatint for over $380 US (I'm in Canada). Since than it has been awful "customer service". I was told immediately that a refund couldn't be issued as it was already being manufactured (meanwhile I had emailed them immediately after I was charged). Since than I have no recieved the product or a tracking number. It's been 2 months. This company is a HUGE SCAM!!!

My order was incomplete and also wrong, Been fighting back and forth for 2 months trying to get a refund as I didn't receive everything, even offered to send back and they just keep repeating with the same email over and over again. Horrible customer service and waste of money as they don't keep their word and refund.
