I got a quote but the final price was higher with tax. Quote should have been including tax.

We're sorry to hear that the final price was higher than you expected.
To clarify, all quotes provided already include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), so there is no additional tax added during the purchase process. If you choose to pay for your policy by monthly instalments, the overall cost will be higher due to the finance agreement provided by Premium Credit, which is subject to 26.9% APR.
The monthly payment breakdown, including the total amount payable and applicable finance charges, is displayed during the quote process. However, we apologise if this was not clear or was easy to miss.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to review how we present our pricing information to customers.

Adequate insurance for extreme sports …
Adequate insurance for extreme sports, in my case skydiving. They don’t cover everything (repatriation is a noticeable example) but most other eventualities are covered.
I had pleasant conversations with numerous representatives and the speed and manner in which they can provide the cover is helpful. Definitely check the small print and whether the level of cover is enough for the country you’ll be travelling to (had to take out additional insurance to be able to jump in Portugal for example) but competitively priced all the same.

I've just had a great, most reassuring and positive chat with Peter Keating from the Insure4Sport team.
Coming from abroad and different insurance systems etc, I was confused about a few issues and he calmly and in detail explained the process and assisted me in getting my insurance up to date and with all the correct terminology.
