I am planning a complicated trip and wasn't sure how much insurance I would need. I called customer service, got through to an agent immediately, and even though I didn't know how to frame some of my questions, due to careful listening on his part and a thorough knowledge of travel insurance, I felt completely reassured about buying a policy. Having explored some on my own, the policy he suggested was a better price than any I had looked at online. Very professional service all the way around.

We have used Insuremytrip for a number of trips over the years. Their customer service is the best. They really help with policy selection and inform you of the pros and cons of each policy.

The agents were very helpful. My only disappointment was that I was originally quoted payment over time but when I went to purchase the policy it was payment in full.

I use this service for all my Cruises.

Been using Trip Insurance for 20 yrs now for all my cruises. Because you can compare different companies you always get the best rate. I’ve even gone directly to company and cruise websites, & trip insurance always gives me the best price for comprehensive coverage. I’ve only had to redeem a policy one time in those 20 years, and getting my money back was no problem at all. Was very glad that I had insurance then.

This week, the "Purchase Securely" button at the end of inputting all the information on your website did not work. When I called, Kathy was extremely helpful and she plugged in all the information and I was able to purchase the policies.
