Bought the temptress shell top/skirt/dress about 2 months ago, and I haven't received a single update on whether it's being processed or has been shipped. I honestly can't understand how a business can operate with 2 months going by and no update.

I love the Piece i ordered, i live in Germany and it took about 2 months until the package arrived, but the costumer service is excellent and i love everything about it !

What an outstanding business! The communication so really quick and clear and the Temptress Shell dress is BEAUTIFUL! It's exactly as it appears on the website and the quality of the fabric and the fasteners - those hook & eyes on the design are industrial and it's so exciting to pull the new styles into shape and transform. I'm so excited about this - a truly unique garment and so flattering to wear.

I love my intempestiva she shell. I love how many ways I can wear it and that it’s so comfy in every style.

I had several questions and she was very kind and patient with me. When I wasn’t sure what size would work best, she offered a made to measure option and walked me through how to do it.

Had Some questions about the sizing. She responded super fast and very clear. She’s super nice!!

the made to measurement option is not necessarily available but customer service is perfectly responsive

Needed to change size for the garment I ordered. Chat responded immediately and recommended size and even made a suggestion considering height. Thank you

The pieces are very high quality, sturdy, cute and comfortable. I know with good care, they will last a long time! It’s pretty easy to shift between the different stylings of each piece. I just follow the IG reel videos/videos on the website. I love my purchase and I will definitely shop again!

My fiance knew how badly i wanted a piece from Intempestiva, so for Christmas he got me one! He ordered it back in November and it arrived about a week ago! Handmade from Mexico, I would’ve expected it to take longer. The quality was beautiful and I had fun trying out the different looks and styles! Definitely want to add more to my wardrobe over time :))

Clothes are great and really good customer service. Clothes are made to order so can take longer than normal but worth the wait!

Gorgeous high quality, intelligent design, hand made clothing from women. What else could you ask for? Yes these garments take time because they are made to order and can be completely customized. I wear the CRAP out of this thing and I’m obsessed.

The perfect layering pieces, I can wear my temptress piece in so many different ways - from a dress to a top to a skirt to whatever my heart desires! I love supporting handmade clothes and the communication from the brand is just fab. I have had my garment for over 6 months and still has kept colour/shape and quality with multiple washes. Can’t wait to buy another piece and see what more comes from this brand

Such beautiful creative pieces but sorry to say horrible process of ordering, shipping and contact. My package got lost after waiting for two months. They did not inform me or anything. Turned out half my order couldn’t be made again so I just wanted to cancel but that was not possible. Weird policy. We agreed on the half remaining to be send anyways and the rest as a refund. Im still waiting on the refund for two months, mailing them repeatedly but getting the same nonsense response. Just give me back my money…

Amazing customer service! I got my package and it comes with a manual on all the ways to wear the piece. Also the quality is very good!!!

I ordered the Shell dress two months ago and first didn't even get a conformation message for my order. But they still took the money. I tried to reach them on instagram and e-mail, but they just ignored my messages. After 1 month I got an e-mail with the order confirmation and the order number. I waited another month but still nothing. I wrote them again on instagram but still no answer. Then I wrote them an e-mail saying that I will need an answer from them about my order and if it has been even shipped or else get a refund. After that I got an e-mail with my order status and that it is still in progress.

I know mistakes can happen and an order can take longer, especially when it is handmade. But just ignoring a costumer and not letting them know about an order is really bad costumer service.

Hopefully I will receive my order in a week as promised and be happy with the dress.

Totally recommend this brand! Their products are mindblowing... I wear my she shell very often and the quality is very good. If you want to purchase from them just check the production time of the garments. As they are slowfashion they do everything handmade. Cant wait to order more pieces from them!
