What a fantastic company - from phone calls and advice over what material's to use on our project (thanks Ed) right through to big deliveries in a difficult location (thanks Ethan), where being positive and cheerful and having a "we can work it out' attitude has meant so much. Can't praise them enough.

So last year I had a load of timber and gravel delivered. The guy turned up and proceeded to stand on the back of the truck passing me - a retired old guy - the stuff. I then had to carry it up my drive and deposit it. This took a while as it was a lot. Lazy B…

More recently I drove up to their depot in Brixham for some more gravel. The same guy stood by the gravel and passed me the bags one by one. I then carried these over to my car! Lazy B…

Not impressed!

A huge ‘thank you’ to Brixham driver Ian. On a very wet and windy day he arrived with a big smile, helped unload all our fence panels, posts and cement and carry them through to the back garden in the pouring rain. He was soaked through by the end but still polite and cheerful. Thank you Ian.

Another speedy delivery from the Brixham store - really efficient and helpful service and always manage to place the dumpy bags just where we need them. Thanks again!

We moved to Brixham in 2019 and began a massive renovation project on a gorgeous period property, we have been Interline from the very beginning and continue to be blown away by their extensive range of top-notch building supplies. Our most recent purchase (three tons of garden stone chippings) were delivered on-time with a friendly personal touch and their prices are very competitive without our having to shop out of town at a larger store. Interline's staff are knowledge, experienced and treat us like family, absolutely exceptional customer service. The Manager Paul is a GEM! And always ready to lend a helping hand. He is our go to person when it comes to ANYTHING building related :) Interline always seems far more than just a building supply company; it's a hub of local creativity, quality and inspiration. A big shout out to Andy Stanley (delivery driver), for delivering to a very tight site. He was very professional and incredibly polite to the general public, while his lorry made access even more tight.
not to mention the amount of plasterboard sheets he help me hand ball of the lorry into the house, as the crain was not an option with space.

I rang interline Brixham yesterday to ask for a quote for aggregate and cement and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite. They managed to fit me in for a next day delivery too which was really helpful!
Then we have just had the most wonderful experience with a gentleman called Andy whom was delivering our cement and aggregate.

Initially he offered to move some of the things that were in the way as he wanted to be able to deliver the delivery in the most accessible place for us.

Then my son who is off of school showed an interest by looking out of the window and watching the man (Andy) manoeuvring the goods off of the lorry, Andy noticed that and then offered to explain what he was doing. My son watched from the window whilst Andy carried out his job explaining to him what he was doing and how the machine worked. It was a really lovely experience for my son. Thank you Andy!
He is now feeling a lot better.

Accurate indication of real stock levels and lead times, Items delivered promptly, on time on the day and very well packaged/protected against the elements. My order came on the expected day complete and nicely wrapped where required.

Delivered arrived as arranged, but it seems the delivery person did not knock on the door and I found the panel outside when I left home.
