Interaction Northampton branch helped me to find a job, Dan Pearce was always supportive and very easy to get hold of when any issues or support was needed. He always went above and beyond expectations. He endeavours to ensure both parties are happy and even came to visit.

Really thorough and friendly, would highly recommend them, fantastic recruitment agency.

Whilst the other reviews of this agency are very mixed, I can only say that my experience has been great. I worked under the Leicester office for 6 months and they were very helpful and professional. Registration was easy, they tried very hard to find me suitable work, the payslips were easy to access and spot on. I felt looked-after.

They don't answer the phone or text. Just keep you în stand by worst experiece with a Guy Tom ,also waist of Time.

I would of given 0 starts . Alice a new recruit previously from best connection very rude and completely unprofessional breaching data protection with clients from her old job stopping new recruits who are trying to work . I was personally told she would do some digging to find out my work history at her previous job STAY CLEAR she says she can have my personal private data protected information as a tool to choose who she wants to employ very rude person shouldn’t be there I wish I recorded the call for evidence

Terrible staff letting this agency down. Unprofessional and rude - losing work for the agency. Alice, a new starter from another agency is basing ciients from another agency and turning work away. Avoid this agency, Rude and disrespectful.

I have only been in contact with Interaction Recruitment for a short amont of time now and thanks to Zoe Maggs ive had a amazing job opportunity very close to home and I couldnt be happier I will recommend anyone trying to find a good agency.

There's worse agencies out there. Think mine was Rotherham based. A girl called Rachel got me a job at Poole lighting. Despite Poole lighting being very unprofessional themselves she was quite well informed. Had a go at her once about my holidays but felt bad as she was very professional about it apologetic despite it being my fault for not being aware. But all in all for this day in age not a bad agency. There here to get you work and thats what they did.

Terrible company to work for .I have worked last week at emkay plastics and haven't been paid and also saying I have no holiday money coming as I've been p45 ed .that's coming from the manager Natalie. I have a registered disabled son at home which can't be feed as I have not been paid .they tell me to sort time sheet out (which i had not had to do for previous 4 weeks work but now telling me I have to sort it out .the company is terrible stay away if ya want paying for your work. And yes I will be posting a review every day as the stress ya have caused me and my family .

I was offered an interview for a role I applied for, I had decided that I don't want to work full time and let Matthew Luttrel know, he asked me if I was interested in another role which was even further away and as a non driver and the distance, and also the reputation of the company I said no.
He was very aggressive and obnoxious and slammed the phone down.
I am in a position where I can choose to work or not, Recruiters are sometimes dealing with vulnerable or less confident people, and need to have skills that reflect this, not someone rude and aggressive.
Social media is your biggest advertisement for how good your company is and unfortunately, this not a good referral

Jan and Alishia-Lou are professional with a friendly relaxing manor.
They are both approachable and helpful if there’s a problem. I love the fact that working for Interaction you accrue holiday pay and can request it in a lump sum which comes in handy for holidays and Christmas. There’s plenty of work and are even blocked booked for the following month. I also love the weekly pay and my wages have never been wrong! The Health and Social side at Interaction is fast growing which in return gives peace of mind that there’ll always be enough work 👍😻

This company is a joke.

You only make good money in your first 12 months because they pay 10% on new clients but after that they drop it to 3%!
Where is the logic in that?

It makes you not want to bother when you see other people making the company £500 a week but they get 10% because they constantly lose clients so bring on new ones but I was making the company in and around £6k a week but because it was maintained loyal clients I only got 3%!

I know people in the company who would purposely stop supplying clients for 12 months so they could get them back as a new client, how stupid is that! But also how stupid is paying a hard working consultant 3% just because their clients aren’t new! Would you rather someone make you £500 a week or £6k a week?

There’s no career progression unless the MD likes you personally, doesn't matter how much you make him, it’s about if your face fits and you kiss a**.

I’m glad I’m now working for an agency who pay me commission based on my billings! 10% is the minimum!!!

October 2013:

I was offered a temp contract through them at Swinton (they were brilliant) and I ended up with a back spasm so I was off. Told I could go back and then the girl handling the Swinton temps told me not to worry as they were all on shaky ground. Which wasn’t true. I lost the work despite Swinton being understanding, Interaction weren’t and this girl yelled at me on the phone because I wrote to her manager complaining about her behaviour.

The only reason she got away with her behaviour was because she was related to a senior member of the team. Another recruitment agency said she had a horrendous reputation amongst recruitment industry people for her behaviour

I highly recommend this agency to those who really want to find a job. The Northmpton branch coordinators conduct business professionally, all staff are friendly. I used the help of this agency for two years and during this time not a single question of mine was left without attention. Special thanks to Alexandra Tomczik.

I’m actually lost for words. This recruitment agency ( Interaction recruitment ) are by far the most efficient and professional I’ve ever worked with and I’ve been involved within recruitment for over 10 years as a consultant myself and flexible worker. James, Ryan and Ellie and the whole team from Rotherham are amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help and assist me and it has been a privilege working with you.

Andrew Gilchrist the owner is an awful excuse for a “leader”
Doesn’t listen
No autonomy in your role despite all things promised during the “interview” process and then forces very outdated ways of doing things based on what has worked for others (quite possibly in the 90’s) even though he has not done a days recruitment in his life and then berates you in front of people and personally insults you based on issues you told in utter confidence in front of a room full of people.

Couldn’t give a zero star but wish I could have.

If you have your own mind and are a free thinker I would do some research into this man and how he treats people
