Had a consultation with an employee who made a crass joke and said he lied to the company to get a free vacation by saying he had COVID. Not impressed and did not move forward, we went with another company.

HIGHLY UNORGANIZED COMPANY. I HAD OVER 8 DIFFERENT LOAN PROCESSORS WORKING ON ONE FILE & THEY ALWAYS LOSE YOUR DOCUMENTS OR PERSONAL INFO. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.

I appreciate this company and Joey Philyaw, our loan officer (in particular), so much and my husband and I received excellent service. This collective interaction was the first time we have ever refinanced anything and it was something I absolutely was dreading. The communication between all the parties went so smoothly and the process was very streamlined. I can confidently say that if/when we have to do this again I will be contacting Joey/use this company and not dread it all.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon on a recent refinance. To be honest I responded to an offer in the mail and didn't expect much to come from it. That all changed when I spoke to Brandon that first time. His honest, no pressure approach and willingness to truly listen to my needs and goals really struck me. When he says he cares about helping the customer meet their financial needs, he is being sincere. Now that I am finished with the process, everything that Brandon had promised me on that first call including the terms, process and benefits were all spot on. He also followed up regularly with statuses and to answer any questions I might have.
He even called after hearing I had gotten sick just to check up on me! In a world where good customer service is sorely lacking, Brandon is a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.

Refinancing made easy by Joey Philyaw. I checked around with a lot of mortgage companies and by far, Joey was the best in class. He made the process smooth and kept me in the loop the whole way through. Greatly appreciated how quickly he worked to move things along and made sure I was getting the best rate possible. I did my homework and so did he.

Natalie is the best loan officer you could deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable, she is there with you every step of the way and helps you with all your questions.

If you ever email them and ask to be taken off their email list, be prepared for snarky responses and ridiculous emails attempting to clutter your inbox even further. There is over 30 emails sitting in my inbox from this company when I sent a simple inquiry. After asking to be removed from their mailing list, I received responses such as "You emailed us. You take us off your mailing list. Thank you.". This is how they treat potential customers?!
