I’m not the most tech-savvy guy when it comes to server administration, so I’ve had to rely on their support team a few times for some no-brainer questions about setting things up. Every single time, I received an answer from a real person who actually knew what they were talking about. No robots, no waiting 24 hours just to receive a "we’re looking into it" kind of thing. They walked me through getting my SSL and firewall configuration in order in minutes.

Switching to Intercore was the best move for my business this year. The page load speeds are significantly better which has directly helped my bounce rate. Every second counts when a customer is trying to buy something and Intercore delivers.

We’ve been using Intercore for our staging and development environment and the reliability has been incredible. In this business, downtime is literally money lost, so having a partner that understands the importance of network redundancy is a huge plus for us. The dashboard is clean and doesn’t get in the way, but it has all the features we need to control our instances.

We began with a little single instance installation here just to test the waters, but we have actually had to upgrade twice as we gained traffic.
