Jack was sent out by Intergas to investigate a fault. He was really polite kind and helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and very quickly identified the issue which turned out to be heating system rather than boiler. He suggested remedies going forward for me which was very helpful and reassuring.

Tyler the engineer was terrific - as before - boiler serviced with no extra costs. Thanks Tyler.
However, I've marked this 3* as this was a re-booking as we expected him the previous week and Intergas failed to contact us. It was only by phoning IG late that afternoon we were told the engineer would not be calling.

Always always always a pleasure to speak to these guys . Exceptional customer service , no job is too difficult or too easy . Never ever been made to feel daft for asking what may be simple questions . Better customer service technical wise than most other tech guys from different boiler manufacturers. Jack the Intergas engineer came to repair our faulty boiler on Thursday 16th April. He notified me the day before about the time to expect him and arrived on time.
The repair took longer than he anticipated due to finding other items that needed replacing. However, I did not feel that he carried out the repairs in a rushed manner.
He wanted to make sure that everything was working correctly before he left for his next job.
He worked in a professional and methodical manner and was very amenable in providing answers to any questions I had.
I was extremely happy with his work, he is a very knowledgeable person and I would highly recommend him.

Fabio is an asset I wish I had as fellow installer of gas boilers, extremely competent and thorough. We’ve had two visits to date and both have been an extremely productive. The fault was rectified quickly with no fuss and disruption. The return visit required was obviously no fault of the engineer and again carried out in very professional manner fitting with this company. I have and will be recommending Intergas as a primary choice of boilers as well as the air source heat pumps for the forceable future.

Intergas servicing of the boilers is truely excellent. They test the boiler and clean the heat exchanger and other parts, lubricate, replace seals etc and more. Our boiler is now 10 years old and working perfectly. The service engineers (Colin in our case) really care plus explain things as appropriate.

First time using them and the service was very thorough and he changed so many seals my usual engineer I cannot remember him doing anything to seals was in and out in about 30 minutes
