Intergrid / 5g Networks is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise you to stay away. I was with them for 3 years, and while initially happy, they were purchased by another provider, and since then, the service has been horrendous.
I had a bought-and-paid-for support contract, and when they were trying to fix a problem of their own making (they deleted my DNS server), they tried to tell me I didn't have a support contract. I pointed to the numerous prior emails and the original quote stating the total price included a support contract. Despite the undeniable evidence, they tried to tell me the support contract had been removed some months ago, but they couldn't tell me why, by whom, or why the price remained the same.
This is just one of many stories of terrible service that led me to leave them for another provider. Even today, over a year after leaving them, they still send me bills for things I don't use.
I never write reviews, but this company is so bad I feel I should do a public service and let you know this company is one to stay away from.
No customer support! Terrible (Also know as Intergrid.au)
Terrible Customer Service (Also known as Intergrid.au). Before I signed up they responded very quick to my email ofcourse because they wanted my money. Although the VPS service was ok I had a simple request I sent via email I sent it 4 times even replying to the same email that was originally opened for my ticket in regards to signing up no response. It's been over 3 days now. I have since joined another hosting who VPS exceeds intergrid, their customer service is amazing even when I had VPS server issues they responded to me so quick. They even mentioned the following when I was emailing them about their service and how I was not happy with Intergrid and was looking at switching their response 'We've picked up a few customers from Intergrid for similar reasons so interesting to hear that' Luckily I only signed up for a month to test their service I am 5 days in and cancelling now I don't deal with companies like this that provide terrible customer service. Thank You. Your cancellation request has been submitted. If you have done this in error, open a support ticket to notify us immediately or your account may be terminated.

We've been with Intergrid for over four years.
The speed and bandwidth was good, have no issue. Price was reasonable. We know their helpdesk would be available if we ever need it.
We recently need new arrangement for hosting. Spoke with Pete, who's very helpful and since we end our monthly contract a few days early, our years of business, waive the next month's fee.
Was OK for years, not anymore. Even scam charged me and won't refund.
I had some intergrid servers for many years. When servers were up, all good, support was quite quick. However, there were a few complete outages, sometimes for a day or two and support was just "meh". At xmas time, one of my major servers stopped working, and support was terrible. This was a telco server with many clients on it. After days of offline, Intergrid said "oh, best to just get a new server", which is something nobody wants to hear, as backups are not daily. To make matters worse, Intergrid promised to refund my charges for the month , but didn't, and even processed another $200 payment the month following cancellation. The matter is now with Fair Trading. I now have many servers with BinaryLane and cannot fault them.

I was on a Xeon E3-1240 v5 in Auckland which was slow then moved to another node which was supposed to have better resources but was pretty much the same but CPU speed was slower.
Had vps less than a week and sadly will not renew the service as the two other vps I have are half the price and faster, and newer hardware in Sydney (Ryzen nodes, SSD or NVMe drives)

Top notch Aussie Dedicated Servers
I have been with Intergrid now for a little over two years. My most recent service I had activated post the buyout by 5G networks and I can say the service has only improved since Intergrid became a part of the 5G family.
Highlights:
* Tailored a dedicated service to my needs (including ordering specific additional components)
* Pulled together a reasonable and fair price for the custom build
* Went above and beyond to relocate hardware to a closer geographic region
* Incredibly responsive support
Lowlights:
None
Would I recommend Intergrid? Absolutely, be it small-business, pet-project, or an enterprise need, I am confident that Intergrid has the network and DC to back-up those needs.

These guys are scammers indian based network keep away from such fake company.

We were looking for a cost effective
I was looking for a cost effective, Australian based virtual server and settled on Intergrid as they appeared to be cognisant of the privacy legislation required for our industry (education) and reviews read well. Purchasing the virtual server was reasonably painless with minor roadbumps but after 4 business days with no SSH access to the server and an endless chain of support tickets that took me around in circles, I gave up. Having previous experience with various flavours of virtual networks I was expecting the process to be easier than it was and was disappointed and frustrated with the level of support provided.

As a group of companies utilizing I.t. infrastructure, we would reccomend Intergrid services as for we have not experianced any negative issues since using their services since 2017 till present.
Nobody Better
I've used Intergrid for about a year now. I've not had to interact with them much, they get their bare metal servers up quickly and their support is always responsive.
Ordered the wrong server today and emailed them that I messed up. They responded in 60 seconds advising they could redeploy to the correct server at no extra cost.
Talk about A+ support.
Better than Servers Australia
I have had servers with Servers Australia for years, but recently their network has become slow, congested and unusable. The difference with Intergrid is night and day. Quick network, great support via chat and a very smooth migration experience
Fast, friendly and reliable
As a quick growing MSP, quick deployment and reliable support are essential from my hosting provider. Intergrid delivers. Their support and account management is friendly, they are very quick and responsive, and I cannot fault the network. We’ve been with them for 2-3 years without more than a 30 second blip.

Great service from the team at InterGrid. Javed custom-configured servers for me, and helped with the initial setup. The only problem I've had was a IPv6 connectivity issue (which turned out to be a config error on my side). The support team replied quickly, and keep me in the loop through their troubleshooting process. Highly recommended!
