Lovely family run business!

Cannot recommend this lovely business enough. I saw some lovely items and ordered them straightaway. The customer service and experience was amazing. I will definitely be ordering more items very soon. Can't wait to style everything

If I could move into the Interior 13 and have every single item in my home, I would. I love this shop and the family who run it more than my own. Nothing is too much trouble and they have even sourced items for me that were not even in stock yet. Now let’s go on to the custom canvas art by Wilma… there is not a walk in my entire home that doesn’t have one of these magnificent pieces, they’re everything I want that you absolutely cannot get anywhere else as each piece is a one off custom. They are magnificent just like the customer service you receive in store or on instagram. I randomly found the shop online and now can say hand on heart it’s the highlight of my week if I know I am going to visit and get to not only look at beautiful home bits, but get to chat to Lauren, Wilma and Drew. Their customer service is always unbelievably good. Especially when Drew is driving miles to drop off my orders. What can I say, I love it here

I have shopped in the store for years and have purchased lots of lovely items from canvases to decorative pieces. The store is so lovely and welcoming and the ladies really do all the can for their customers.

They have the most beautiful pieces, soft furnishings & furniture. And Omg not to mention the breathtaking artwork & gorgeous diffusers (my favs)…wow wow wow! Its honestly so lush!

If you haven’t visited before in-store or online this is an absolute must - I promise you won’t be disappointed! It is most definitely my favourite local interiors shop & I can’t help myself buying something lovely for my home, from diffusers to gorgeous cushions, throws to ginger jars & wall-art…honestly they’ve got you covered.

The staff are so welcoming, helpful & great at giving interior ideas / advice. They go over & above for sure. They allow you to browse with no pressure or hard sale .

Couldn’t recommend this small family-run business enough. I’ve purchased many items from them over the years, and the quality is always exceptional while the prices remain very competitive. We also bought two bespoke prints, and unfortunately one was damaged during our house renovation. Lauren was incredibly kind and helpful, repairing the print and restoring it back to its original condition. The care, craftsmanship, and customer service are second to none. Highly recommended!

Been making the trip through to interior 13 for a couple years now from East Lothian and wouldn’t go anywhere else for homeware pieces. Lauren and her parents have created such a lovely welcoming space and provide such a great service for their customers. Nothing is ever a problem and they are all so helpful when it comes to creating a vision. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Lovely shop with beautiful finishing touches to turn your house into a home. Customer service is fab. Love having a wee chat with “Dad” when I visit.

We have bought various items from this lovely shop and we also purchased gorgeous pictures that the mum does all very personal.
I have and always will recommend them to people as they are so friendly whenever you go into the shop.

What can I say about Lauren and all the team at Interior 13 they are the most helpful team ever whether instore or on line I can’t fault them. My house is a credit to you all my paintings are all from your mum in every room and ornaments and cushions all from you. Best service and shop ever

Absolutely amazing service both on line and in store.

When shopped in store staff were lovely and helpful. When purchased online my cushions arrived in a reasonably timely manner considering I live in the Scottish highland.

I have Purchase furniture, cushions, throws & vases from the shop and the service has always been 100% fantastic. The whole family have been so professional, friendly and helpful. It’s a treasure trove of beautiful items. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have bought from Interior 13 on numerous occasions for my own home and for gifts and always tell my friends and family that it’s a little jewel for buying and gifting interiors .
I have also ordered 2 bespoke canvases for my front room and these were outstanding- the owner being the very talented artist .

Amazing company! I ordered a cow print chair through their Instagram during the sale, and the whole experience was fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, replied to my messages really quickly, and made the entire ordering process so easy. Delivery was fast too, and the chair is amazing. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

Further to my previous review. They have said I was defamatory against their small outlet. I don’t believe what I have read in the reply? I demanded a refund right away. No I did not. I understand they are trying to protect their small outlet but this is not the truth that is being said. Plus all of a sudden positive reviews are going on after there never were any reviews apart from mine. I purchased two decorative pots for my 2nd home in Devon and because I said I never received them I am being accused of deformation . As my husband is a lawyer I am well aware of what deformation is. It would have been nice if they just apologised for the way they dealt with this but obviously this small outlet does not like anyone speaking out. I would not use this company under any circumstances again as I think legal action may be the best solution due to the unacceptable response.
