They are my preferred supplier and have used them for a good while. The inks are great value and delivery was very fast.

I was sent HP compatible refilled cartridges. Then the b/w printing stopped working after 40 copies - saying 'incompatible cartridge' ( with NO software updates being made by me)
I was told to send images of the cartridges back for diagnosis ( which is when I saw this worn-off tape on the copper dots area, and worn casing, on a frankly old- looking cartridge) Then I was sent a freepost address to send it back, which I fully expected to yield a replacement.
Posting it back obviously took the evidence off my hands.
Then I was told that I had caused the damage, which was untrue ( 4 episodes of removing and reloading a cartridge would not do that amount of damage, just multiple refilling and lack of checking on dispatch) - and that no refund was forthcoming since I was supposed to be to blame for the non-working cartridge!
Much easier to deny blame if you have the evidence, huh?
They seem to have deleted my account since. Funny that.

I phoned for help as my machine did not accept my ink cartridge. It was a difficult call because of workmen in the background making loud banging noises. However, I followed his instructions and it still wouldn’t work. Left it for a couple of days and then it did accept it. Hey Ho !

Used this company for some years. The cartridges have always been good. My Epson printer recognises them as not from them but they work perfectly well. I've had no problems.

Best supplier. Cheapest deal anywhere online. Excellent quality cartridges - they print perfectly and the printer recognises them with no difficulty. Free delivery, arrived in less than 24 hours from placing the order. Its just not possible to get better than that!

I accidentally ordered the wring cartridges for my printer. Internet ink were quick to reply. I returned the cartridges ordered in error and they dispatched the correct ones. This is excellent customer service and their staff are not only knowledgeable and helpful but so polite. it is a pleasure to order from them.
Incidentally-their cartridges are good quality and extremely good value!

It was easy to order and arrived in 48 hours with free postage.
Everything exactly as you would expect from a Which? recommended company.
Will use again but as these ink bottles, tank printer refills last me over 2 years it might be a while.
