Great quality and price!
I’ve ordered from Intershell twice in the past month. The lobsters taste fantastic and their oysters are perfect. We also tried the sushi grade tuna and it was good quality. They are now my go to for Eastcoast seafood.

Fresh 7 pound Lobster!!!
Just got a 7 lb lobster. It came quickly from time ordered and fresh as can be. It was huge and the meat was sweet as can be. I buy all my seafood from Intershell. Great prices and the best seafood in New England!!!!

The clams were perfect and they were enjoyed by many.

The quality of fish was great. Good packaging and delivery. I wish you had smaller packages for family of two. Like single fish or 1 lb packaged. I had to cancel my subscription because a 2 lb package is too much for me. When you make smaller packages I will join again. Also give an option to customize the order as every shipment could be different fish. Its rather difficult to have to email you to change an order

Worst hole belly clams
I order in the pass an everything was good. I wrote about my last 4pounds of clams which was terrible. A the reply I received was I hope your next order is better. There was nothing about what they could do to fix it the problem.

My order of large size frozen whole belly clams was delivered on time and very well packed. The most surprising thing was how fresh and briny they were after thawing. Seemed like they were harvested and shucked that day! I couldn't be happier!

The quality of the frozen food items I received was not acceptable and the company would not give me a refund or replace the order at no charge.

William, our records show the order remained in frozen storage until fulfilment, was packed with the appropriate refrigerants, and was delivered the morning after FedEx received it.
The concern was submitted nine days after delivery, so we were unable to verify the condition of the seafood at the time of arrival or determine when the reported change in condition occurred. For this reason, the order did not qualify for a refund or replacement under our claims process.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and your feedback regarding the packaging and refrigerants has been passed along to our team for review.
Quality
Quality. The seafood is fresh, and the highest quality that you can eat. That is the most important thing and they do it well.
