Great fibre water certainly helps

As a gut health practitioner I recommend io fibrewater to all my clients. It is not only delicious to drink it is also a proven way to increase your fibre intake leading to a healthy gut microbiome

I’m on my third delivery of io fibre water. I didn’t try it to loose weight although that would always be an added bonus. It was more the health factors, a quick way to know you’re contributing to your fibre intake and also a healthy drink.
I often struggle drinking water.
Delivery was super quick and I was kept up to date from point of order until arrival.
I was worried it was going to have a strange taste, but it’s very flavoursome and doesn’t have an aftertaste or artificial flavour that so many waters have. Tastes very fresh and fruity. I’d definitely recommend. I got the mixed box and was expecting to then change to lemon and lime as I’m not too fussed for any other flavours of previous purchased water, but the strawberry is delicious as well.
I’m also on medication that leads to ibs issues and after two weeks I’ve already noticed a difference.
I’m in a routine now of drinking a bottle of the water mid morning before my lunch and I have noticed some days when I’m way passed lunchtime before I even think about eating as well. So it’s clearly working on my appetite too. I’ve also noticed a difference in my acid reflux since starting the water.
So many plus points for fibre water already, including the price, what have you got to lose.
Finally I love to support local and small businesses so it’s a win win.

Using it for almost a month and I can see huge difference on my sleep,mood,energy…I was suffering from bloating and constipation for very long time tried everything,but little did I know that all my problems will be solved from one bottle of water…nah I still can’t believe this…thank you so much for the iofibre water team ,you did great job and I really hope people will try and appreciate this miraculous water ..☺️

I tried this water after reading about it on Windy Wilsons Facebook page. I ordered the strawberry and the Lemon & Lime. My favourite was the Lemon & Lime it is so refreshing. I suffered a massive clot in my leg a few months ago and I have been taking large amounts of cocodamol. A side effect of the codeine is constipation, I was not keen to take any other medication to help this. This water helps in so many ways, it makes you feel fuller so less snacking, its hydrating and it helps with the constipation leaving your stomach feeling so much better. Its now part of my normal diet and I feel the benefits of it.

I have suffered badly for many years with life changing IBS. I couldn't eat anything without being violently sick, having relentless diahorrea and crippling stomach bloating and pain. All of my symptoms would start during the early hours of the night and I was getting next to no sleep. I had tried everything and basically had given up hope. At the start of 2024 I decided to stop prescribed medication to control my symptoms and started drinking fibre water everyday along with a gut microbiome supplement and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I have next to no symptoms now and can eat and sleep normally. The fibre water tastes really refreshing and the team can't do enough to help when needed. Wouldn't be without fibre water now as its really helped me feel well again. Would highly recommend.

So delicious, I have tried flavoured waters before as a healthy replacement, and quite often I have noticed a bitter aftertaste. But this is delicious, and noticed a change in sleep, getting a much deeper sleep.

Loving io Fibre Water, especially the Lemon & Lime - it takes so good and it's really easy to drink!
I'm on day 14 of drinking a bottle a day and notice a huge difference particularly with my acid reflux, I was suffering problems with reflux & heartburn most days but I can genuinely say I have not experienced any in the last week and a half - life changing!
A fab way of getting your daily fibre intake - I just wish I had found it sooner!

I am enjoying my iofibrewater so far. My husband even decided he wanted to purchase some for himself. So far i have noticed it is stopping me from snacking between meals and i have more energy. Im definitely going to keep this up in my daily routine.

It tastes great and has been working wonders for my gut. The flavour is very subtle and natural. I drink it pretty much every day.

Iofibrewater is a lifesaver for me. I started a 16/8 fasting plan and the fibrewater gets me through the first few hours of each day before I break my fast. As it is so low in calories (17), and high in fibre (6g), it ensures I feel full and meet a big chunk of my dietary fibre needs for the day. I drink a lot of water anyway but iófibrewater tastes so light and refreshing that I now prefer it to plain water. Subtly flavoured
but enough to get you reaching for more. Love it!!

That's a week down of using firewater and I'm really impressed! Lovely flavour and no different texture wise to a normal bottle of water. It's been really enjoyable having a bottle a day this week with the roasting hot weather. Definitely plan on keeping this up, I'd recommend giving fibrewater a try to anyone with digestive issues or just for general well-being.

Day 5 of drinking my Ió fibrewater and I’m honestly shook! The flavour tastes amazing and it’s so refreshing! The texture is fine, no different to normal bottled water. I drink my water around 3pm each day and I find that when I’m actually starting to think about it, I look at the clock and it’s near 3pm, a good sign to me that my body is telling my mind it’s time for the good stuff! 🤣 I’m finding my general overall mood is much better and I have found I’m definitely sleeping better. Usually I wake every few hours due to many reasons, but the past couple of days I’m not getting disturbed and I’m waking up feeling so well rested! This is huge for me as I suffer with complex regional pain syndrome and frequently disturbed sleep has a massive effect on my crps, which then has a knock on effect to the rest of my day and my pain levels! If this can happen in just 5 days, I’m so excited and intrigued to see how I’m feeling and doing after the month is finished! So grateful for this 🙏 Ió fibrewater 💙

I started using the water around two weeks ago and feel so much better for. Energy levels are much better, sleep is deeper and also feel fuller. It's a lovely tasting water not to sweet and refreshing.

I tried it as I'd heard it wasn't "Just water". I very much like both flavours and was relieved to be able to give my son the strawberry flavour as he is sensitive to citrus fruits. It curbed my appetite a little and improved my digestion a lot, as well as finding it very refreshing when chilled. My son doesn't drink much plain water at all, but drinks much more of this, so I'm definitely buying it again. Good stuff!

I was never a water drinker ,till I was visiting family. As I was going home ,by train, my sister offered me a bottle of IO FIBRE WATER ,for the journey home , I refused saying "I dont drink water.." On my journey ,half way home ,I thought I would try the water , and it was like ,WOW OMG moment. The flavour I had was lemon and lime, it was bursting with a full flavour .I read the information on the bottle ,nothing artificial, Gluten free,Vegan friendly ,with health benefits also Prebiotics, low in Calories, and with 20% of daily fibre .I then texted my sister to find out where I can obtain this IO fibre water
She told me "go on to Amazon " I did and placed an order and received a case of 12 bottles. I now tell all my friends and work mates and the io fibre water i am now a water drinker ,only if it is ,IO FIBRE WATER,!! LUV IT

Loving this water. Tastes great! Plus, I really do feel it helps keep my digestive system in check. Started to feel a difference a week in. And an extra little bonus: I want to snack less.

Both are great flavours - so good you'd drink them for pleasure! Natural, crystal clear, smooth, no bits.
With 20% of daily recommended fibre - which many of us don't achieve consistently, these are functionally great for gut health too!

I recently had a lapse into IBS, having been free of it for 3 years. This water has definitely made a difference and helped restore normal bowel function. I'll carry on taking it - very impressed!

Not only is io fibrewater delicious and refreshing I found that drinking it in the morning really supports me in fasting. I can go longer without thinking about food. I love the fact that the prebiotics feed the probiotics I take too and can increase the potency - the gut health aspect is really appealing. Highly recommend this water 👌
