Tastes like chemicals. The bottle has cheaply made parts in it. I’m drinking chemicals and plastic. Felt no difference.

Got the ion atom bottle - customer service top knotch

When our older pitcher developed some discoloration on the silver disk (even though I cleaned it every weekend), Ion Bottles gave us a big discount to get a 2nd pitcher. Now I will also do the descaling procedure every week. Thank you for the generosity.

The instructions are the worst I've experienced in my lifetime. Bobby, you shouldn't have put this info out and call it instructions. However, Andreah made a difference and emailed me step by step instructions which more questions keep popping up as I go along so ill email her again and she always respond in a timely manner

I reached out with a concern that was out of normal warranty guidelines and as a goodwill, Andreah provided coverage for 1/2 the cost of a new one. I've had a couple issues and customer service is top notch and have recommended this product for this reason! Keep up the great work!!

I’m a return customer to ion bottles. I had a few issues with my Pro model. I was asked to make a video send it in, which I did and I was helped step by step on how to resolve my issue which was the violet light at the bottom was not illuminating in a full circle which I’m assuming aids in the hydrogenation of the water. Again the team assisted me every step of the way in ultimately replacing my Pro model. I will definitely buy from this company again and refer anyone to check out their products. 💯% satisfied!! 👏🏼

I have been using an Ion Pro bottle for 2 years now. My inflammation marker on my blood test really dropped. My dr was surprised. When I had a problem with my bottle I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly. I tested the water with a hydrogen meter and it reads .868 ppm. I hope that’s good.

I reached out to the company after I accidentally broke both of my water bottles. The company replaced BOTH bottles for me, even though it was entirely my fault! What a FANTASTIC company! Lifelong customer here!

I like the ion bottle well enough. I ordered three - only received two - they did send the third one after contact. My husband likes his - I feel I have a bit more energy. My bottle leaks randomly so that’s annoying but overall I’m happy with the bottles.
