Great customer service every time

Great customer service every time, Katherine calls back always within hours if not sooner. Ask to talk to Lab tech to go over results, Andrei connected me first by email and asked what would be a good time to call, then he called on time when appointment was set up a few days later and had enough time to go over result and didn't rush the conversation. Nothing but good things from everyone at Ionization Labs.

Great service

Friendly service. Easy to use site. Lab test are done quickly. Only complaint is when it comes to checking out.. Have to call every time.

Great customer service, reliable results

I have used Ionization labs a couple times and have received excellent service and accurate results every time. I will continue to return and recommend to others.
