I ordered a iOptron Photron RC 10 from them in summer 2024. Before ordering I asked them if it was the new model released two years prior and they assured me it was. After struggling with issues that were supposed to be resolved over the coming months, asking them multiple times if this was indeed the newer model, it was finally confirm from the OEM 10 months later that it was in fact the 2019 model they sent me without the updates. I was then drug through 2 months off back and forth where they were continually slow to respond, and seeming not willing to take any sort of responsibility. Needless to say I will never order from them, or ever use one of their products again.

I acquired two iOptron mounts, the Mini Tower Pro as well as an AZ Pro/Tri-pier. The tech support I received on the DCd MTP by John and Kevin was and continues on to be WAY above any other manufacture/tech support! This lead me to buy two CEM40G mounts due to their innovative iPolar and iGuider features, absolutely perfect tracking whether using the AZ or the EQ mounts. No guiding needed at all they are all so precise. GoTo's are perfectly centered at 200x easily. I have other mounts from reputable mfgs. I am selling the others because they don't have the innovative features and load/weight ratio of the iOptron nor comparable drive gears and systems. If I could give the mounts and esp. tech support 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would! I wholeheartedly, with over 60 years of astronomical experience recommend iOptron mounts above anything else on the market!
