This is not a legitimate company
This is not a legitimate parking company but appears to be a criminal operation with no agreement with Gatwick Airport. Avoid at all costs and use a verified Gatwick parking provider instead.
When we returned from holiday this week, there were more than 10 families waiting for hours for their cars to be returned. We discovered that around 90% of the vehicles had never even left the car park. One gentleman discovered his car had been sitting there for 16 days.
Our own car had been left unlocked in Gatwick short stay parking where charges were accumulating at £70 per day. To get our car released through the barriers, NCP demanded £280 for just 4 days of parking.
It seems this company simply takes your money and either:
leaves your vehicle parked to rack up huge parking charges, or
uses and abuses your vehicle without permission.
You are then left waiting hours and hours for your car or keys and left paying large fees to recover your own car.
Please do not hand over your car keys to these people. Choose a Gatwick parking provider that is properly verified and reputable. It was also clear to us that Gatwick staff were aware of this fraudulent activity as were the police, however you will find little help other than to simply wait for your keys and then pay a huge parking fine.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited 3 hrs for my car to be returned. No one picks up your calls. Tried calling 30 mins before arrival and no answer. Mailbox full so can't leave a message. Arrived at airport and pulled into petrol station to try one more time. Got hold of someone so drove to car park. A lady was telling me not to leave my car as she had waited 4 hrs so far for hers. I had a flight to catch so had to leave my car. I then worried all holiday as knew I was landing early hours in morning and didn't want a delay in getting my car. Well I did, yet again no one picked up my calls all 200 of them, waited 3 hrs. I was not the only one too. On waiting I met several people all complaining and having the same issues with this company. Got given flyer from them on return with complaint number on. Guess what the number does not exist!

Awful .. used on 19.5.26 so far waiting nearly three hours and no sight of our car. Other people were seen to have problems too .. kept being given 4-6mins wait and the another 10mins .. bad end to a nice holiday and at time of typing car still hasn’t turned up! DO NOT USE!

An absolute disgrace! The most awful parking experience I have ever had! Called 30 min before arriving as per confirmation email to be advised someone will be there at car park 6 level 5, no one in sight, called again and told to park on level 6 then wait for someone. A man arrived, didn’t speak hardly any English, took our key but gave us nothing in return, didn’t even ask where our car was, our reg number, nothing then wanted us to pay £10 for the ticket so he could get back out, this was supposed to be included in the price we paid when we booked. We have a Tesla so we’re able to see the live location via tracker and live cameras of our vehicle the whole time we were away and it didn’t move from short stay until 3 hours before we flew home, our email confirmation stated our car would be moved to a secure location which is wasn’t. Again we called 30 minutes after landing as per email confirmation to be told 25 mins to an Hour! 25 mins ok but an hour?! This was meant to be a meet and greet service. It was 1am when we landed, we had a 1 year old and a 6 year old with us. We waited almost 3 hours! In a cold car park. Multiple calls, told not enough drivers, was asked where we were to drop the car (shouldn’t they know this?) was asked to answer their questions or they would just hang up, when I called and got angry I was told that we would now be made to wait longer. In the end my husband found the location of our car in an old best western hotel car park, hotel being use for asylum seekers. He paid £25 for an uber to go and retrieve our car, we then had to pay £8 to get out of the short stay car park. There were approximately 8 other families and couples all waiting for their vehicles, some had been there for much longer waiting. We landed at 1am, didn’t get our car until 3:20am.
Absolutely disgusting service, even worse customer service, the whole company is a scam. Enticing people in with the good prices and providing a joke of a service. All the companies that came up on this website were clearly all being run by the same cowboys. The comparison site is clearly also these people.
A refund of £33 for the uber and car park ticket please. We have also reported this to trading standards. Let’s hope this whole site and all the fake companies within it gets shut down. No wonder you have 1 star on trust pilot!

do NOT park with these scammers
Collection was fine, they took the car as you'd expect. The problems arise when you land and try to collect your car... landed and called the number to which we were told the car would be half an hour. Long story short the car never turned up. Approx 1000 calls to number ending 088 that never answers. Thank god I have a tracker on my car, £50 out of pocket to take a taxi to the car park, to which I was greeted by 2 people who look like it was their first day on planet earth. No clue what they are doing, no intention of having my car dropped of at the airport as paid for.

Avoid this company. Our car never appeared to leave the Gatwick South short stay car park, despite us paying for meet-and-greet through Gatwick Premium parking - all ending the same mobile number as Ipark. We then had to wait around two hours to get our keys back.
When returning the car, the driver said he needed to drive it down to Level 0 “or you’ll be charged loads,” even though I could see my car had been left on Level 5. After reading other reviews its clear they tailgated the car to get it out, so don't know whether to expect a fine.

SAQIB MUHAMMAD MASHOOD (if that's he's real name) 5 blake house bishops Road, Slough SL1 1FG (probably not he's real address) owns a few of these car parking companies and just moved on to another once closed down. They drove our car while we were on holiday I knew as I had it tracked, they charged us parking! As extra, not listed, never dropped car off, as had a tracker knew where it was so we had to get a cab after a 2 hour wait to the best western migrant hotel to pick the car up. There were dozens of other people at the airport with terrifying stories, one lady was there a day and a half and had a £1400 parking ticket🤬, another £350 parking ticket as they just left their car there with the keys left on the window screen. this company needs to be taken down, and the owner locked up.
The car reaked of cigarette smoke and was absolutely filthy. Thinking of a way we could all get together and crowd fund or something to get this stopped. I called the police from holiday when alerted my car was being driven and they just said I need to contact citizens advice. So they are just happy to let this continue 🤬😞, to finish only a minor thing but they even stole around £15 pounds in change from my dash.

Do not use this company. I only gave it one star as I couldn’t give it zero because I couldn’t write the review otherwise. Waited for them to bring our car back to meet and greet point for 4 hours after many phone calls to ask when car arriving. Kept saying another half an hour and another half an hour. Etc. Many other people were waiting for long hours too and one couple had to return the next day after waiting for 6 hours for their car from the previous night with no show. Another car was parked in a Best Western car park miles away and was only able to locate it because he had a tracker on his vehicle. Apparently they park anywhere they can and they’re not kept in a secure parking area. They lose keys and on it goes. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I used a subsidiary of ipark Gatwick, LGW Executive, but any company operated by CAUNTER, Nicholas John should be avoided. He is linked to several and uses these"shadow" operations to scam customers.
On arrival at Gatwick, the driver was late. I was forced to wait for over an hour and nearly missed my flight. The driver sent looked like a county lines gangster, had no ID, no paperwork and no clue to what car he was collecting. His command of English was too poor for him to have passed a UK driving test. He wanted to charge me for the extra time fine for overstaying the drop off standard time. Using my car tracking I could see my car had not been moved from the short term car park, where it stayed for several days.
I contacted the ipark customer service email and was sent an AI generic apology with an assurance that everything would be fixed. My car app showed my car had not been moved, so a second email was sent, referring to the first one. A standard reply was received with no assurance my car would be available when I landed.
When I did land. The supplied contact number went to voicemail. It did this for over an hour. I was forced to get a taxi to take my family including my 1 year old granddaughter back to my daughter's house at a cost of £200. Using the app I located my car at a hotel being used to house illegal immigrants. I went to this place which was full of other cars. Some of the cars, according to the security guard guarding the hotel were being used for joy rides.
I managed to find a guy who had a car load of car keys in boxes in the back of it. I retrieved my keys and left with my car that luckily had not been damaged or used for other purposes.
As stated do not use and why the police or authorities allow this to go on is being belief.

I wish I read these reviews before I booked, I was left waiting for a 1,20mins waiting for my car to be returned, called the dispatcher 5 times as I couldn't get a straight or clear answer, Terrible communication or none what's so ever, was told my car driver was had a tracker and would be there in 9mins, 30 mins later another phone call had to be made. Save yourself the hassle and don't use them, its not worth the £15 we saved.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is a scam, once you try get your car returned you’ll be grouped with a bunch of fellow victims who can’t get through to the number. It took two hours to get our car back and they just ditched it two floors below and called saying where it was and hid the key on the tire as if it was a kidnapping drop off. Shameless. We had to pay £8 in and out too in this “all inclusive” service. They operate out of a van and change their name every few weeks so the airport can’t ban them. Other victims experienced worse, their cars never left the building and amounted £280+ in parking fees and now didn’t have a key. Someone else found their car open with no key and their battery was dead. All while the service never answered their phone. Everyone felt like their car had been stolen for hours after a long trip. Shameless scam artists, should be shut down and fined

They will not bring your car on time, and you can’t report the car stolen as they get around the legal side by saying it’s “delayed customer service” several cars are just left in the car park and rack up charges for staying there which is a breech of contact. If you see this and your car isn’t there it’s most likely being stored at 34 Bonehurst Rd, Horley RH6 8QF so I’d recommend just going there in person and demanding your car.

Absolutely horrified by the way these people think it’s acceptable to treat other peoples belongings.
I am reaching out on here as not only did I have a terrible experience with this company, but I can only imagine the people who have lost there keys feel. Now for how they think retuning my car with 0 miles in the tank, not even 1 - adding 1600 miles to my mileage - denting and scratching all the back of the car - and leaving it some where god knows where - to allow it retuned so filthy!
Not only that, letting us wait over 1.5 hours upon landing to be retuned the car and being told numerous amount of times it’s pulling into the terminal, it’s 5 minutes away.
A joke to say the least, please avoid.

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs
I cannot stress enough how shocking and unprofessional this company is. Do not be fooled by their ratings on the Gatwick parking site; they absolutely have to be fake.
Our nightmare started when our return flight was delayed by over 24 hours. I attempted to email them to update our arrival time, but the email bounced back completely. My partner then had to call them from the USA. They claimed it was "no problem" but stated there would be an extra £20 charge.
When we finally landed back at Gatwick, we called to let them know we had arrived. Here is how the rest of the ordeal played out:
30 Minutes Later: We called for an update. They assured us the car was on its way. It wasn't.
The Ransom Demand: We called again, only to be told they wouldn't return the car until we paid the extra fee via BACS—to a personal bank account. Desperate to get our car, my partner paid it. Still, no car arrived.
The Incompetence: We called yet again, and they asked if we had "changed the registration number on the car." It became blindingly obvious that they had completely lost track of our vehicle. We had to give them our booking number just so they could go find it.
The Rudeness: To make matters worse, the staff hung up on us during almost every single phone call.
When the car finally showed up, it was in a absolutely filthy condition. The driver didn't even bother to offer an apology.
This company is unprofessional, suspicious, and treats its customers with utter contempt. Please do not use them.
